• The one thing I really liked was the patio that overlooked the pond. It was a wonderful way to enjoy the sunshine.
• I missed the waffles on the weekend.

“It was a great getaway for the whole family. We met our grandchildren and our family there. They loved the pool,two TV's, and the breakfast.”

• Very clean. Ok breakfast. Good value
• With the sofa bed open, there is only about one foot of space to walk by, so be careful.

“I selected Manassas, VA for the location of the hotel and this hotel ended up being in Centreville, VA. Probably a good 5 to 6 additional miles from the general area of where it should have been.”

• The continental breakfast was above average to excellent.
• Generic curtains, wish trash cans were bigger or extra trash bags.

“Hotel was comfortable, the foam supra-pedic type mattress was good for a bad back. Staff kept room very clean and when I asked for privacy with the door hanger it was respected. Would stay here again gladly and recommend to others, family and friend, etc.”

• A little confusing finding the hotel.

“We were stuck without a pool or hot tub all day long. No morning swim or hot tub. This is inexcusable and I am not likely to go back for this reason. They have the service but deny access until 5 pm.”

• On my short stay I could find no problems but connection issue with the wireless.

• Everything was easy - check-in and out.
• The lady overseeing the breakfast area - slow and rude.

“The hotel is located near Dulles Airport (10 miles) Arlington and DC (23 miles) and Manassas Battlefields (4 miles). There is plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area for every taste. The suite was very clean, comfortable beds, and a very clean kitchen area. The front desk was very friendly and took care of a small TV problem very quickly and politely. I was very satisfied with this hotel and plan to stay here again.”

• The room we had was very comfortable as far as relaxing and sleeping.
• We were not allowed to change from a 2-double bed room to a queen or king sized bed.

“Great, except for the refusal to allow us to get a different room than what we had. Confusing. I had agreed to this room so I had no choice but to use the double beds.”

• The beds were extremely comfortable.
• The lobby area was fairly small.

“I would definitely stay here again because of the wonderful staff & the comfortable beds. It Is located right near route 66 going Into o.k., Is very clean & near plenty of shopping & restaurants. Very nice place to stay.”

“Too much furniture for the room! How many places can you sit? The two TV were too close to each other, seemed almost ridiculous but are these complaints? I think not. Clean, upscale and I would love to go back. Breakfast was great too.”

• It's a full smoke-free environment facility - very plus for me!
• Noisy window AC units. Install compressor isolators on all.

• Well designed suite, comfortable bed, pleasant view of pond and trees, good lighting.
• Room had an unpleasant odor (which required constant A/C); room service removed soaps, and one of my washcloths!

“The suite was well designed, although there was no freezer compartment in the cooler (for ice-packs.) A burned-out wall lamp bulb was promptly replaced when requested. The lighting was good especially away from the window at the desk and dry-sink counter. The suite was clean, but, there was a lingering stale air odor which required the A/C to be running constantly. The lobby breakfast was adequate.”

• Very clean, attractive with extremely comfortable beds. The best of 6 we stayed at on this trip hands down. Loved it!
• There was nothing unpleasant.

“I am a very picky traveler and notice every detail. I would give this hotel a 12 in every category if I could. It was very clean, very comfortable beds, no undisclosed additional charges for parking or internet access, convenient to restaurants and major highways. It had a nice pool as well as other amenities. It also had laundry facilities which you do not often find in hotels with this comfort level. Every possible need was considered in this hotel.”

• Bed was wonderful, kitchenette was great to have, comfortable sitting area.
• Air conditioner was blowing directly on the bed and the bed was next to the A/C. Too cold

“We were lost. I called the hotel twice and was getting upset. The staff was patient and friendly and did not embarrass me when we arrived. Very comfortable suite. Clean, quiet”

• The fact that I got a great room for little money!
• The location was hard to find.

“Springhill suites in Centerville, Springhill suites in Centreville, va, was a nice surprise. I stayed two nights and was pleased. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I had to call the hotel for the receptionist to give me directions on my sell phone because it was not easy to find. However, the fact that it had many amenities was worth the trouble.”

• The parking was a bit far away because the lot was full.

“I would recommend this hotel to families & friends. I saw families enjoying the pool, the location was excellent - right off a main road & close to route 66. The beds were fabulous, with lots of comfortable pillows & the room had a couch, microwave & refrigerator too. It was good for a few days or a few weeks stay.”

• If this hotel building were in slightly better condition, I would have thought I was staying in a 3 or 4 star hotel! Was excellent!
• Didnt like that there was not a continental breakfast. Didnt realize until after I ate, that I would be paying $8 for the fruit I had for breakfast!

• Difficult location to find, for me, anyway

“Very clean and nicely appointed hotel. Having a "suite" area for sitting and reading was great. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Did not have the opportunity to use the pool or other public areas, but they looked clean and well stocked.”

• The room was clean and large, the king bed was the perfect softness.
• The hallways were noisy with a soccer group staying during our stay.

“My husband and I enjoyed the large room, the great bed (not too soft, not too hard), and the in-room coffee maker. We had a restful weekend and would go back if staying in the area. We would recommend the Springhill Suites to anyone.”
