• Pleasantly surprised with cleanliness and value of the hotel. Will definitely stay here again when in Richmond.
• Elevators were out for a period.

• Friendly staff, great continental breakfast.
• Bathroom commode was thoroughly cleaned. Linen on the pullout sofa didn't appear to be fresh.

“I really liked the hotel. Staff was very professional. I was given a map of the area/locality which I was visiting. I have to return to Richmond next month and if I have to stay overnight I certainly plan to make a reservation at this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Downtown Richmond.”

• Once inside the hotel was fine.
• The surrounding neighborhood unsafe.

“Mapquest directions hard to follow due to one way streets around the hotel. Neighborhood around hotel was awful. Once inside the hotel was fine, nice breakfast, staff helpful, great map was given to help find way around Richmond!”

• The room was clean, towels and sheets new and fresh. Breakfast was varied and good! Room was quiet - that was best!
• Nothing.

“The rooms were very nice, large and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. We had to pay $10 for parking but it was worth it to us. They have security cameras all over the parking garage. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.”
