“I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent, the hotel is new, the rooms were very clean with refrigerator and microwave. Nice exercise room and close to IAD Airport.”

• The coffee 24 hours.
• They use entirely too much air freshener, it is like they poured perfume all over. People have allergies.

“The hotel is clean and neat, however the use of all the air freshener makes it hard to stay there. Also the 1st 3 days there housekeeping let the doors slam everytime they went into each room even when the front desk said they would take care of the problem.”

• I liked the free breakfast.
• My wife asked for some toothpaste at the front desk and was told everything is out, in a very rude way.

• Clean.
• Room heater kept me up all night. TV made loud noises too.

“Overall, the room was fine. It was clean and easy to get to. On the other hand, the heater and the TV made loud noises that made it hard to sleep/watch TV.”

• Excellent style/room & lobby design; the hotel seemed to work at pleasing guests & succeeded with us!
• Our room was very drafty & whitely due to strong winds outside. Needed more insulation.

• Close proximity to Dulles Expo Center.
• Breakfast choices were not as good as Comfort Inn.

“We enjoy staying at the Hampton Inn for the most part no matter where we are. Some sugar free considerations (syrup) would be a nice improvement to the breakfast choices as so many people are diabetic today. Overall a great place to stay.”

• Staff was outstanding, great bed, and tons of pillows.
• Breakfast eggs were reconstituted, tasted awful.

“We are very happy to stay at the Hampton inn. The location is tops, the staff are tops, the decor is very nice, internet access a must, and there were enough other things to have for breakfast that we didn't need the eggs. Sugar free syrup would have been nice since my husband is a diabetic.”

• I've never seen so much lobby cleaning! Spotless all the time!
• There was nothing to be displeased with.

• We loved everything.

“This was a very lovely hotel. It surpassed all of our expectations. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever had. We have stayed in about 6 hotels this summer and this was by far the best.”
