• Hotel was very clean, and neat. Exceeded my expectation, room was a little small, but was fine for just one person.
• They were understaffed,for some reason. The maid service was late in the day getting around.

“It was comfortable and served my purpose of visiting the city. The bed was especially comfortable. Quiet location. Staff was very friendly, courteous , and helpful. I would stay there again easily. The location is a bit congested with traffic, but the hotel itself is well off the busy part of the street. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and movie theater.”

• Friendliness of the staff.
• No elevator and steep steps.

“A comfortable, neat room which included a microwave and a refrigerator. Very attractive grounds.”

• Convenient to historic sites, restaurants, shopping and major highways.
• Very small public area.

• Clean, quiet and convenient to the college we were visiting.
• A little difficult to access and an awful lot of weekend traffic to cope with.

• Newly renovated, nice rooms.
• There was an additional pet deposit at check-in.

“This hotel was a nice surprise. The staff was helpful and the rooms were nice. Even the landscaping outside was a surprise. For a very inexpensive motel, it was a real treat.”

• The room wouldn't accommodate 4 people so they upgraded at no extra charge to be nice.
• the room had a bad smell to it.

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had 2 of my children with me and if they had not upgraded for me I don't know what I would have done for the kids to sleep. The hotel was overall great”

• Convenient to highway as well as shopping and food.
• The staff was less than accommodating and did not seem concerned about out stay.

“The hotel is a great location for travelers. It is right off of the highway and surrounded by many restaurants. The rooms are decent and reasonably clean. However, the staff was not very friendly or accommodating. I was assigned a room with one full size bed though we were a family of three. I asked if I could have a room with two beds and was promptly told 'No'. I even agreed to pay the difference between the two different types of rooms in order to change room, but again she said that that was not an option. I finally asked it they had roll-away beds for guests. She said that they did, but they were all out that day. I asked to see a manager who said there was nothing she could do, but I could forego that room and just pay of another one at the regular rate.”
