• Convenient to Interstate
• Unfriendly check in. Aggressive maid service (coming in to clean room before i even checked out....9 am.

“I've stayed at 3 and 4 star properties for the same price i paid at this 2-star property. the continental breakfast was minimal, the property was not well lit, and i was glad to get out of there.”

• I requested non-smoking and got a smoking room. They couldn't change it.

• Staff was responsive, pleasant
• Small room, dingy, cockroach in bathroom

“This was not to the standard I'm expecting for 2 stars. The room was very small, dark, dingy, dial-up rather than hi speed internet. I was very disappointed.”

• This hotel was a low priced alternative to the competing hotels.
• The room smelled of human-type odors that were not pleasant.

“If you need to stay in a central Manassas location, this will be a great hotel. The property is quite old, CIRCA 1950. The room I was assigned was a very typical, motel-type unit that had a terrible odor and was not as clean as I might have expected. However, when my discontent was mentioned to the staff, they were prompt in attempting to correct the matter. Afterwards, the room bordered on acceptable.”

• Close to bowling alley (nice) and eating places.
• Thought the room could use some paint and extra good cleaning.

“Is not one of the nicest places I have gone to. Location to DC was good (about 30 minutes).”

• convenient to Manassas battlefield
• truckers parking in lot next door at night

“The hotel was located close the highway exit and local retail stores. However the setting is not the best for privacy.”

• Very nice breakfast room/food
• Bed not comfortable - obvious mattress was OLD. You could feel the springs.

“Since we got a good price, the motel was adequate. We have received better accommodations.”

“Front desk lady was not interested in my concerns customer, I complained about a broken chair (broken in 3 pieces) and she just said she'd make a note. the bed was dirty, the motel was very noisy,”
