• I always like Courtyard by Marriott hotels.
• The weight room had very little equipment.

“I always have good luck staying at Courtyard by Marriott. The rooms are large and well appointed. They have free internet, coffee and refrigerators. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The pool, hot tub and weight room were clean.”

• Front desk stay were genuinely friendly and quick.
• Bathroom sink inside the bathroom. Much nicer when the toilet and tub are in a separate room.

“Awesome staff, couldn't be nicer. Plenty of parking. Exits very convenient for loading and unloading. Nicely decorated halls and lobby. Bathrooms clean and plenty of supplies. Couldn't have asked for more variety on the breakfast bar. Food so good we passed up the Cracker Barrel within walking distance.”

• Quiet. Most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hote.
• Was disappointed in pool hours - 5 PM - 10 PM weekdays. Would have liked to take a morning swim.

• Had to use the pull out couch as there was no room available with two beds, not comfortable at all.

• Couldnt make my room cold enough.

“Overall, this is a great hotel. Located close to historical sites, shopping, and Nissan Pavilion where I was going to see Dave Matthews. The staff was absolutely amazing and we were able to get tips on our route to the pavilion that only locals would know which made our trip even better.”

• The hotel was quiet, the staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast served every day was very good and was great for my picky eaters. Great stay!
• The way we had to get into the parking area from Sudley Road. For someone not familiar with the area it could be confusing.

“My family and I had a nice stay and the pool and hot tub gave the kids something to do other than watch TV. The market was also nice for that late night snack. The hotel was very clean and staff very helpful and friendly.”

“When I phoned the hotel 2 days prior to arrival I was told that we would have 2 queen beds. Upon our arrival we were informed that our reservation was for a single bed. On a good note, the hotel graciously is returning a pillow which we left in the room.”

“When I visit the web site there was an offer of free breakfast on weekend. I was there for 4 days and one of the days, the last one was Saturday. When I was in the restaurant, the manager and the people of the restaurant were always looking what I'm doing in the buffet. They gave us the ticket before we ask about. So that's not a problem I pay. But when my husband ask for 2 juice one for me and one for he, the girl of the restaurant look at him like, why do you don't leave. So my husband told her that he had paid for the break fast and it's right that he eat it. Especially if the ticket was before we ask.”

“This is a nice enough facility, although not nearly at the same level as other courtyards I¿ve visited. This facility falls pretty short of the standards set by other 2.5 star hotels. A 2-star rating would be very generous. I will look for other accommodations when next in Manassas.”

• The dining area was cramped and not enough staff there helping. My seat was taken because there was not enough staff to seat people or clear tables.

• It's a no-smoking hotel and I didn't have to breathe polluted air all week! The balcony was nice too.
• Great hotel but no room service or restaurant.

“I travel a lot and I recommend this hotel, esp. For non-smokers. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms functional. It seems all hotel sinks drain a little slow but otherwise a great experience. Rooms are pretty quiet, fitness center is small but useful w/ TV, heated indoor pool was nice, staff helpful, and good quality cookies in evenings at front desk was a great finishing touch. Couldn't find any chocolates on the pillows. The hotel looks like it's been updated in the last 2 years and it's done with very good taste. The air smells so clean in a non-smoking hotel like this.”

“This was the 2 time I stayed there, and I only went for the internet, cause my sister was going to a show in the area. I went along. She could have driven there and home the same day, but I went so I could use the internet, as they do not have high speed where I live. So I paid over 200$ and got nothing but a hard time from the customer service representative I called at 11:pm 7/6/06 talked to Mary, who was as nasty as she could be, I was upset and wanted to know how and when we could get internet, I said thanks Hun for help and she replied (my name is not Hun its Mary and you need to check your attitude) I hope you all tape your complaints as you could listen to this nasty mouthed person. Thanks for your time and if you need any further info on this you have my number. I would expect to at least hear from you about this matter. ph 540-384-6078”
