• Very close to the Nissan pavilion outside of DC.
• Staff and room were on the weak side.

“Definably not the nicest Super 8 I have ever stayed at. Would say it falls short of most Super 8's. I would try another hotel in the area if I were to go to another show at the Nissan Pavilion. It was not so bad that my girlfriend would not stay there but was close. I would not stay there again.”

• Well priced, good service, not so good placed. A bit off the beaten track.
• Possibly the area it is situated. Not tourist friendly. Felt somewhat unsafe.

• Nothing.
• Pastries and tv.

“This hotel did not meet our expectations at all. No one spoke English, all the ice machines except for the one farthest from our room worked, there were ants in the room, with their anthill on the air conditioner. The door outside of our room would not open for our key, or any key, so to get in we had to go to the other end of the motel and walk all the way down the halls to our room.”

• Halls a bit tight. Odd odor in hallways.

“Rooms clean with no odor, but odd odor in hallways. It could have been cleaning agents, but the smell didn't seem to be like any that I'd smelled before this time. Better air circulation in hallways would very likely have helped.”

• It was the only one available.
• Smelly old worn out rooms. Toilet leaked all night. Moldy.

“Rooms are old, musty and in need have rehab. Toilet tank leaked all night. If it weren't for the need of a shower, I would have slept in my car.”

• The hotel was cleaner and nicer then expected.
• Some shady people staying there.

• Facility was old. Pillows and bed were pitiful.

“This hotel met our basic needs and the staff was very friendly. The building was old and the beds were small with uncomfortable pillows, but it didn't cause a problem with the stay. The price was reasonable and we were not bumped from our reservation, regardless of the fact that we made the reservation online. Good for the money, based on location.”

• One of the rooms had no hot water.
