• Very pleasant atmosphere. No hassle check-in or out (due to Priceline reservation).
• No fresh coffee in lobby, only in room. Coffee not the best.

“Pleasant restful stay. Staff very helpful and courteous. Would recommend for convenience to Richmond area attractions and interstate.”

• The atrium, pool, breakfast, rooms, and staff!
• The signage from the main thoroghfare is not very visible at night and I missed it twice.

“The Embassy Suites continue to excel in the area of comfort and hospitality. This facility is beautiful and has wonderful, courteous, and friendly staff to make your visit all the more pleasant! I would suggest you stop by for a visit to relax!”

• Bartender does not know how to make margarita, cook can't cook proper omelet.

“Everything was perfect and clean except for the bartender who doesn't know how to make a margarita - have the wine instead - and the breakfast cook must be told to cook the items you want in your made to order omelet - he was going to give me raw onions!”

• Pool was nice.
• Added extra unauthorized charges to my card, hotel needs refurbished.

“This hotel looks as though it is in need of a refurbishment. Run down. Staff was not helpful. Screen door was completely off tracks and propped up against sliding doors. Elevators sometimes worked other times did not. Warning do not pay for a room service pizza with your card, after already stating no card to be used for incidentals.”

• Great selection of food for the complimentary breakfast.
• The French Toast was left on the warmers too long.

“Lush indoor gardens complete with waterfalls and streams create a relaxing invitation to relaxation before or after that important business meeting. Comfort continues in the spacious rooms - complete with sitting room, three sinks and sleep-beckoning beds.”

• The rooms were well laid out. The sink in the bedroom was a nice touch.
• Nothing. I just didn't have enough time to enjoy the hotel. Too much work..

“The lobby area was setup with a very inviting atmosphere. I really liked the nature effect with the trees and water running thru the center. The room was very comfortable. I liked having a television in the bedroom and in the living room. The sink in the bedroom was definitely a nice touch and I loved the furniture. It was a very nice experience.”

• The rooms were a nice size. The beds were of good quality. I was impressed with the extras in the room.
• The bathroom was a little small.

“This stay was for business as well as leisure. The hotel is situated very close to I-64 which can be very helpful when traveling in different directions. The lobby of the hotel was very nice. Breakfast every morning and finger foods in the evenings was such a great bonus. Two television in the living area and the bedroom was so worth it with three children. I would stay here again if I have to stay in the Richmond area.”

• Staff was very friendly.
• The first room they put us in smelled strongly of paint and they were renovating on the whole floor.

“I loved the friendly staff at the embassy. The main thing that I did not like was the fact that they put me on the same floor as they were doing all of their remodeling and my room smelled like paint. The staff immediately corrected the problem and I did appreciate that. The rooms are not as roomy as I would have liked but they were clean. I would stay here only if I had to, but still not bad.”

• The embassy did not disappoint us again. Very clean, great breakfast buffet and manager's reception. We always look for an embassy when we travel.
• The pool room was freezing along with the water too cold.

“Excellent hotel for the price. Embassy did not disappoint us. We have learned to look for an embassy when we travel. The breakfast buffet was excellent! The manager's reception was nice too. Beautiful lobby and very clean rooms! Excellent location easy access to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.”

• The suite was large and comfortable; the breakfast was excellent.
• Bathroom was too small; buffet breakfast was not laid out well.

“We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was the easiest Ive ever had; staff was friendly and helpful. Except for noisy neighbors, which arent the hotel's fault, we had an exceptional stay.”

• All employees were pleasant and extremely helpful.
• No yogurt on weekends at breakfast!

“Employees extremely helpful, it was very clean both in public areas and room. Beds were great. The breakfast and managers reception were excellent. Workout room was very clean and had varied exercise equipment. Pool was clean and water was at the right temp. I can't say a bad thing about the hotel except TV did not have all the channels I get at home.”

• The hotel is in the midst of redecorating and remodeling.
