“Would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was clean and staff was extremely helpful. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean& modern. Area was safe as we walked for our daily exercise.”

“Quiet, secluded and convient. Close to highway, and shopping. Rooms are nice and cozy. Had a room with an actual balcony instead of the ones with a walk out ledge. Breakfast is not complimentary, so I expected more than what was offered for the price. Overall it is a nice a hotel.”

“This is a great location, convenient to mall and many shopping areas - room was very small and the pool was shallow and very small also - some sort of breakfast could of been provided.”

• The quietness of the hotel and the cleanliness.
• A small refrigerator would be a nice asset to the rooms.

• Friendly staff and no problems with the stay.
• Had a little trouble getting someone to answer the phone at the desk one time.

“We had a wonderful stay. The food at the breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff was wonderful. We noticed in the room that there was no shortage of towels, etc. and pillows were everywhere. Excellent location with many restaurants and stores close by.”

• The breakfast SUCKS and there are no chairs on the balconies.

• Location.
• Staff seem to behave differently due to how my reservation was booked. Unfriendly, room assignment etc.

“While the location is great with regard to being on the West End and Inns brook it seems as if their is a difference in how guest are received. It was as if the level of service received is measured against how much or what level of effort and service I should receive.”

• I liked the location
• My room smelled like smoke, even though it was technically a nonsmoking room

“I liked this hotel, though the hallway smelled like smoke as well as my room. My son is very allergic to smoke, so this put a damper on our stay.”

• sink area and mirror very small. View from room was partially blocked by entry portal-

“Keeps Marriott standard for cleanliness. Swimming pool inside--would have preferred outside considering hot weather and plenty of sunshine.”

• Front desk staff seemed hesitant, but the staff at breakfast was fantastic!

“Clean, quiet, comfortable and safe would be my summary description of the Marriott Courtyard. It more than met our expectations, and the deal on the room made it a great value.”

• Very nice hotel, very well kept , in a nice area.
• Not real close to major interstate.

• Clean and well maintained facility.
• All rooms should have a kitchenette area w/microwave and refrigerator.

“Very nice hotel, clean, good location, and well maintained with an accommodating and professional staff. I believe a full service restaurant and room service would make it better. Since these are not available on site, I think all rooms should provide a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. A microwave and refrigerator were provided upon request, but a little difficult to fit in the room.”

• The staff was very helpful. I did not have a microwave or refrigerator in my room and they got me both.
• I wish it had a full resteraunt or lounge

• With the exception of the item mentioned below, very clean and hospitable.
• For some reason, the person who cleaned the room before my stay did not empty the trash cans.

“Actually, a nice hotel in every way, but it is located on the western fringe of town. So, if that isn't where you are going to be visiting, prepare to drive. If the Short Pump/Innsbrook area is your destination, however, stay there.”

• Only had the breakfast buffet for purchase. No complimentary items at all.

• It was very luxurious. The room was very spacious.
• They charge for breakfast and it was expensive

“This hotel was very nice. It was nicer than I expected it to be considering the hotels I have stayed in recently. It was very luxurious for a basic room. It had lots of space to move around and to relax in. The bathroom was very roomy and clean. I loved this hotel. I wish I could get hotels like this at this rate all the time.”
