• Sweet sleeper bed.
• Plastic cups instead of glasses, no lobby coffee.

“A 3.5 star hotel, but Motel 6-type individually wrapped plastic cups & no lobby coffee brings it down. Front entrance under renovation, but not really a negative. Lobby business center was good - plenty of workstations. In-room high-speed internet is via network cable, not wireless. Flat-panel TV is nice, but cable is not HD.”

• Nice bed
• plastic cups, why can't i have a glass in a 3 star hotel

“nice hotel, free internet, clean grounds, nice pool, comfy bed, crappy pay per view service, LCD tv however all channels are analog = horrible picture, would rather have SDTV with tube if you can't provide HDTV signal. came prepared this time with glasses for my drinks, plastic cups shouts motel 6.”

• Freindly staff, fast service, room service was reasonably priced
• not a thing!

“This hotel is great for a short or long stay while in Richmond. It is on a main highway and is close to great eateries and malls. I would definitely stay there every time I am in Richmond! The service was excellent, the rooms were clean, cable and internet access as well.”

• The hotel was very clean and quiet. everything also was very conveniently spaced for availability.

“We loved looking out of the window and seeing the pond and the bike path. The grounds are very well kept. It provided a calming effect.”

• Location was excellent and parking was convenient.
• Needed more towels/linens.

“The hotel was nice, overall. The towels/linens were not enough for two people: one towel/hand towel/wash cloth per person per day was not adequate. If you each used a washcloth in the shower, you had nothing to wash your face with. We did request more towels, but only got them on one day.”

• The lobby was very inviting not too large, not too small.
• There was no complimentary continental breakfast.

• The room was neat and clean, the staff was helpful, everything was as I expected.
• The walls and floor in the hallways were a little dinged up, but no big deal.

“We even showed up a little early to swim in the pool and use the hot tub. It was a great experience. You don't have to wander through the front desk area to get to the pool.”

• The bath tub was bigger than most hotels I stayed in.
• Why did the bottle water cost $3:00? It should be free.

“The stay was great, and parking was outstanding. The room should alaways have free water, coffee, and tea.”

• Desk staff was friendly.
• Not in the area we wanted to be in - far drive.

“Hotel is decent when you walk in, but once you get out of the lobby the public areas are very old and worn/dirty looking (carpet, walls, etc.) The room spelled
very musty/moldy.”

• I liked the non smoking hotel. The staff was very friendly.
• The swimming area was open to the lobby for people to watch. It was like being in a fishbowl.

“I was in town for a seminar and the stay at this hotel. It was perfect for such an occasion.”

• The hotel was very updated and the staff was exceptionally pleasant.
• The elevators were often wet from the children swimming.

“The location of the hotel was great. Our trip was delayed an extra day due to tropical storm Hanna. There was a wonderful mall near by and lots of convenient restaurants. I would definitely stay at this location again.”

“Very nice interior to the room. In the hall, doors and walls need paint. Lots of kids in the pool, no room for anyone else. Comfy bed, big bathroom. I would definitely recommend it.”

• Proximity to my client's office.

“This is a nice 3 star hotel. However, if I were to compare the Comfort Inn down the street, I did not seem many appreciable differences in the rooms. The Sheraton obviously had better curb appeal and the lobby was great, but I do not choose a hotel for those reasons.”
