• Free soup on arrival and full breakfast in AM.
• Room was unpleasant. Cobwebs in corner, unpleasant smell. Chair with stains.

“The staff was terrific and the opportunity for soup in the evening was terrific. I chose the hotel for its location, but on arrival didn't feel like going out to find dinner. I was disappointed with my room. The room had an unpleasant odor, that I assume was related to the linen cleaning products. My sheets smelled like I was in a hospital room. There were cobwebs in the corner. The heating system blew the curtains up and the curtains did not close completely. There was a lounge chair that had stains in the center that disturbed me as well.”

• It exceeds our expectation in cleaness& friendliness.
• I am sensitive to light when it comes to sleep. Heavier drapes would help to block out the light.

“It could be a 2.5 star level hotel. We would come back and highly recommend others to stay there.”

• The staff was great, the room was nice, close to everything you want or need to do.

“I stayed at this hotel about 3 years ago when it was a owned by a different chain and I was very surprised on the new look and changes that have been made. It is clean and bright, the lobby, the rooms, the hallways have all had a makeover and it looks great. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast that is included gives you a good variety.The staff went out of their way to help us when my daughter locked her keys in the car. I would definitely go back again.”

• The bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked.

• The room was very clean and the hot tub in the room was an added pleasure.
• The air conditioner did not seem to cool down the room as it should have.

• Fresh coffee and cookies offered in lobby, free DVD rentals.
• Carpet in room needs to be replaced. In-room coffee pot was missing mention to desk didn't seem to be concerned.

“Hotel front being renovated, in lobby fresh coffee, tea, cookies, plenty of towels in our room. Breakfast-bar food was fresh and delicious. Over 400 DVD free rental, all selections.”

• Excellent breakfast and dinner (soup bar).
• The hot tub suite was great, but it was flooded out by the room above. We were moved to a small double bed room which was very cramped.

“Nice hotel but it was under construction. The front door was blocked and was difficult to get in. The rooms were newly decorated and the breakfast and soup bar were a nice touch. Free movies kept the kids entertained. I would go again.”

• Very friendly staff; free Internet terminals.
• Noisy heating unit, terrible breakfast.

“Basic accommodation frequented by truckers. Clean and friendly, but heating unit cycling on and off (no constant fan setting) kept me awake, and breakfast was even worse than typical.”

• Very small bathroom/shower.

“The hotel was conveniently located to major highways, restaurants, and the airport. Room was clean and well provisioned. There was tea/coffee available in the lobby at all times.”

• They were helpful when I asked for their assistance.
• The bathrooms were very small.

“This was comfortable except the bathroom experience. The bathroom was very small and I being a large person found this very uncomfortable. Other than that they were polite, helpful. Also I didn't like that they would not give me a receipt for my stay.”

• We got a smoking room and was unable to switch.

“For the money, this was the best value of any hotel we stayed at during this trip. Not fancy, but free DVDs and hot breakfast and a delightful staff made this a winner!”

“Quietest heating/AC I've ever experienced, clean, friendly staff, wonderful hot breakfast, little desserts in the evening, speedy check-out. Basically everything you need at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel.”

• Washroom small like an airplane and tile dingy. Breakfast area small and crowded.

“The hotel staff very friendly and hotel good for short stays. Close to stores. Washrooms in rooms very small and no night light in bathrooms. No automatic doors at front of hotel for wheelchair.”

• Noise from a room across the hall. Parents were NOT keeping their children orderly.

“Overall Value Good! Got a room facing the rear of the Hotel due to noise concerns from the main road....(Jefferson Road). Very good place for a one or two night stay!”

• Hotel was very clean and the rooms included wireless, fridge and microwave.
• The eggs didn't taste like eggs at the full breakfast.

“Overall, this is a great hotel for a quick getaway or the business traveler. It's in a convenient location and it's surrounded by malls, restaurants, etc. We've already been twice and will go again”
