• Staff was friendly.

“Hotel was centrally located off I-390. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was of standard size and has plenty of towels. Free Internet in rooms and WiFi in the lobby. Room was near a bridge connecting buildings and there were some groups in house that used it as their private lounge early into the morning. Overall, a nice hotel for a couple of night stay.

• Accommodating staff, late check out allowed, close to airport and speedy shuttle service.

“The hotel rooms were spacious, having a sofa and two armchairs along with two beds. The bathrooms aren't large, but they were fine. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the towels were absorbent and plentiful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the shuttle operator to the housekeeping staff and servers in the restaurant. This hotel has one of the largest and deepest pools I've seen with a lifeguard on duty. I was very pleased with the accommodations and the value for the money.”

• Located close to area where I was visiting.
• Was not impressed with some of the staff and their willingness to accommodate.

“Hotel was where I needed to be but when I turned down my sheets at bedtime I found dried blood on the inside of comforter and when staff told was offered a blanket but they still did not remove the dirty cover. Also was not acknowledged for compensation or or anything to rectify the situation. Was not impressed with this at all especially in this day and age.”

• Was a convenient location to Thruway and airport.
• Restaurant service was pitiful; grill service at night was excellent.

• Great pillows and rooms and pool.
• Wish it had a free continental breakfast.

“Good place to stay with kids because the rooms are nice and the pool is a good size. They had some pool toys for the kids. The restaurant is expensive for the quality of food - I wish they had a free continental breakfast. The breakfast buffet on Saturday morning was good - they should offer that everyday.”

• We were very impressed with everything about the hotel, from the location to the staff to the amenities.
• There was not anything that we did not like.

“We were very impressed with everything the hotel had to offer. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the accommodations were very nice. We will stay at this and other Holiday Inns in the future.”

• Too old, large and unkempt.

“The hotel is very average. There was a large cobweb on the light above the bathroom mirror, very large. It remained there for the four days I stayed at the hotel even though the room was cleaned each day.”

• The bed was very comfortable!
• Under the tub mat was moldy. Around spout was a bit moldy. Thin walls!

“The hotel is fine for a few days, but if I had to stay longer than that, I might try to find somewhere else. The bed was very comfortable and got great sleep, but in the morning when other guests were moving about, you could clearly hear someone speaking across the hall. The room was generally clean, but some moldy spots in bathroom - I would not lay in tub because under tub mat was moldy. Front desk staff is friendly. For being near the airport, I didn't hear much noise from that direction at all.”

• The kitchen staff was very nice people, always helpful, always sweet.
• The bathroom was covered in mildew, the bed sheets and towels were stained, not at all up to my standards.

“Don't stay in this hotel if you have any standards of decency. The hotel felt as though there was a layer of grime along the floors, walls and beds. When I arrived the phones did not work, and the room was covered in cobwebs. The room also had a slight smell. I was staying with my family for my college graduation, and I elected to sleep in my dorm room rather than spend an extra night in this hotel. The one nice thing about the hotel is the staff. They were always polite and helpful. Though the hotel was not a 3 star, the hotel staff seems like they belonged in a 3 star hotel.”

• Poor quality Gym. Rooms some what dated like most Holiday Inn's.

• Money is being put into it.
• The front desk staff.

“This is not a worth the money you pay? It has potential to be a very nice hotel and it appears that it is on the upside. The front desk staff were untrained and acted as if you were there to wait on them...”

• The green house café.
• Quite unclean in certain parts of the hotel.

“Seems like it would be a nice stay when you walk in the door, but service is mediocre, pillow cases and sheets were stained, and renovating with loud, rude workers. Pool was ok and the food was good. Nothing special about this hotel for sure!”

• Not like advertised on t.v.

“I was highly disappointed in the hotel. It was not like they advertised on television. It did not have free continental breakfast, did not give free meals to resturant in hotels for kids. Did not include refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms like other holiday inns. We called prior to trip to reserve two king size beds in each of the three rooms, re received two rooms with 2 double beds, one room with a double bed and a pull out sofa bed. The rooms had a musty smell to them. I was highly dissappointed and will not book with Holiday Inn again.”

“This hotel was very clean, the resteruant had a wonderful waitress, and it was better than I had hoped for. We were very happy with this hotel and Holdiay Inn has not let us down.”
