“The help was very kind. I would stay here again but not eat at the hotel.” Jun 30, 2009 by
Michael from East Chinnock,SC
“Convenient and moderate quality hotel.” May 6, 2009 by
Dave from Portsmouth,NH
“Hotel was centrally located off I-390. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was of standard size and has plenty of towels. Free Internet in rooms and WiFi in the lobby. Room was near a bridge connecting buildings and there were some groups in house that used it as their private lounge early into the morning. Overall, a nice hotel for a couple of night stay.

“Very unfortunate experience at this hotel. Travel often and usually have very positive experience.” Apr 28, 2009 by
Jack from Auburn,NY
“The hotel was in a good location. Staff friendly. Most of the hotel looked very nice. We were placed in an old room that needed some attention. It was clean but I would not Feb 18, 2009 by

“This hotel would be nice as a business traveler. Good location and nice on sight restaurant and bar that were open late.” Nov 17, 2008 by
Jean from Fond Du Lac,WI
“The hotel rooms were spacious, having a sofa and two armchairs along with two beds. The bathrooms aren't large, but they were fine. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the towels were absorbent and plentiful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the shuttle operator to the housekeeping staff and servers in the restaurant. This hotel has one of the largest and deepest pools I've seen with a lifeguard on duty. I was very pleased with the accommodations and the value for the money.” Nov 17, 2008 by
Jodi from Oshawa,Canada
“Hotel was where I needed to be but when I turned down my sheets at bedtime I found dried blood on the inside of comforter and when staff told was offered a blanket but they still did not remove the dirty cover. Also was not acknowledged for compensation or or anything to rectify the situation. Was not impressed with this at all especially in this day and age.” Aug 25, 2008 by
Hugh from Lewis Center, OH
“Rooms weren't clean. Bathrooms were dirty. Way to expensive. Next time I will not use Orbitz and stay at the Hampton.” Aug 16, 2008 by
Danny from Antioch, CA
“Easy airport access, clean and comfortable.” Aug 13, 2008 by

“This is a nice clean well located hotel.” Aug 6, 2008 by
Carol from Fayetteville, NY
“It is convenient to airport and relatively clean. Lobby and restaurants were better than the room.” Aug 5, 2008 by
Jaime from Greenfield, IN
“Good place to stay with kids because the rooms are nice and the pool is a good size. They had some pool toys for the kids. The restaurant is expensive for the quality of food - I wish they had a free continental breakfast. The breakfast buffet on Saturday morning was good - they should offer that everyday.” Jul 30, 2008 by
Kelly from North Syracuse, NY
“We were very impressed with everything the hotel had to offer. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the accommodations were very nice. We will stay at this and other Holiday Inns in the future.” Jul 15, 2008 by
Buck from Lake Suzy, FL
“The hotel is very average. There was a large cobweb on the light above the bathroom mirror, very large. It remained there for the four days I stayed at the hotel even though the room was cleaned each day.” Jun 18, 2008 by
Nicole
“The hotel is fine for a few days, but if I had to stay longer than that, I might try to find somewhere else. The bed was very comfortable and got great sleep, but in the morning when other guests were moving about, you could clearly hear someone speaking across the hall. The room was generally clean, but some moldy spots in bathroom - I would not lay in tub because under tub mat was moldy. Front desk staff is friendly. For being near the airport, I didn't hear much noise from that direction at all.” Jun 16, 2008 by
Jessica from Watervliet, NY
“It was a comfortable hotel in a convenient location and I would stay there again.” May 25, 2008 by
Tc from Brooklyn, NY
“Don't stay in this hotel if you have any standards of decency. The hotel felt as though there was a layer of grime along the floors, walls and beds. When I arrived the phones did not work, and the room was covered in cobwebs. The room also had a slight smell. I was staying with my family for my college graduation, and I elected to sleep in my dorm room rather than spend an extra night in this hotel. The one nice thing about the hotel is the staff. They were always polite and helpful. Though the hotel was not a 3 star, the hotel staff seems like they belonged in a 3 star hotel.” May 17, 2008 by
Mike from Ponte Vedr, FL
“Very good staff hotel with nice Lobby conveniently located to the Airport. Rooms spread out across campus. Some what dated decor and bathrooms.” Mar 2, 2007 by
Joe from Allegany NY
“This is not a worth the money you pay? It has potential to be a very nice hotel and it appears that it is on the upside. The front desk staff were untrained and acted as if you were there to wait on them...” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Feb 20, 2007 by

“Seems like it would be a nice stay when you walk in the door, but service is mediocre, pillow cases and sheets were stained, and renovating with loud, rude workers. Pool was ok and the food was good. Nothing special about this hotel for sure!” Jun 29, 2005 by
Deborah from Free Union, VA
“I was highly disappointed in the hotel. It was not like they advertised on television. It did not have free continental breakfast, did not give free meals to resturant in hotels for kids. Did not include refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms like other holiday inns. We called prior to trip to reserve two king size beds in each of the three rooms, re received two rooms with 2 double beds, one room with a double bed and a pull out sofa bed. The rooms had a musty smell to them. I was highly dissappointed and will not book with Holiday Inn again.” Jun 13, 2005 by
Tawyna from Avoca, NY
“This hotel was very clean, the resteruant had a wonderful waitress, and it was better than I had hoped for. We were very happy with this hotel and Holdiay Inn has not let us down.”
