• The front desk staff was nice.
• We had to ask for towels, soap, shampoo. One mattress was terrible and should be replaced.

• The way they were able to print directions to different areas.
• Parking way out back.

“It was overall good but they should try and furnish 1 or 2 more clothes trucks, was a wait for them a lot, the staff was good.”

• There were roaches all over the room.

“In the first room we were given, the carpets were soaked and the room smelled horribly. They put us in another room, and there were roaches everywhere. The room was not very clean and it smelled, though not as bad as the first. The towels looked as if they had been stepped on. If it had not been 2:00 in the morning, we would have left. We would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be returning.”

• The hotel location is in the midle of the town.
• The breakfast was to small for to many people.

“When we get to the hotel the parking area was good,at the lobby good presentation, service and good coordination in the room got good space and the beds are comforble at the pool is was great.”

• Quality of the room.

“Good location if you are planning to go to the beach. Overall though, I would probably not stay here again because the first room we were given was EXTREMELY smokey and the second room we were put in was not up to par either. The staff was friendly at least.”

• Convenient and inexpensive, fairly quiet. Great breakfast.
• Pigeons on the window sill woke me up a few times.

“We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located and easy to get in and out of. We felt that they took good care of us. It was interesting to learn that they accepted pets. We saw a few big dogs in the elevators.”

• Very convenient to both uncw and Wrightsville Beach area

• Friendly Staff, Very Convienent to everything! Clean and Comfortable!
• Bathroom Tub had mold growing under the rim. YUCK!

“Friendly staff, with great contennetial breakfast, comfortable beds, clean rooms with plenty of space. Excellent pool. Location of hotel is within 20 minutes of 10 different beaches,shopping, dining, movies, and downtown Wilmington.”

• Nice location to beaches, restaurants, movie houses, shopping, etc..
• a bit hard to get in and out.

• it was located within minutes from restaurants, beaches and other activities.
• It was old, and the room we were in the ceiling had water damage, and parts of the ceiling was sagging down.

“They need to update the furniture, paint and do general remodeling.”

• The maintenance worker who came to fix things was pleasant and timely
• When asking for king non smoking room I got a dirty double bed and smoking room.

“I would certainly not recommend this hotel with the wide range of choices available within a mile or so of this hotel. The whole weekend was foreshadowed upon checking in when my requested non-smoking, king room was turned into the exact opposite.”

• Mini fridge unplugged so could not use immediately
