• Its close to everything we wanted to see in Wilmington.
• When we first came there, they tried to stick us in this tiny room on the first floor. It was so small the door kept hitting the refrigerator.

“Strange stains on the carpet, the shower did not fully close, the toilet would not flush at times, the first room that we were given was so small that the door would keep hitting the fridge when you open it. Keys stopped working at one point and had to get them reactivated and the computer's printer was out of ink.”

• Good layout of room.
• Bad location, difficult to drive in/out, (one way road).

• Convenient to restaurants and shopping locations. Not too far from beaches.
• There was nothing to complain about.

“Staff seemed to be friendly. Room appeared to be clean. Great location for dining and shopping. Beaches not too far away. No complaints.”

• Nothing.
• Cramped room, shower door did not close, bathroom door did not close, dark, and overpriced!

“Hotel had broken doors, was dark, dank, cramped, and very overpriced. Bathroom flooded because shower door wouldn't latch, no towels available at the pool. Huge disappointment!”

• Internet in the room, rooms are pretty nice, note introducing staff was a nice touch.
• Some staff is very effective and friendly - Eric especially and Harold; several others could have handled situations much better.

“Overall, pretty nice. Internet in all rooms a plus. A bit slow but it's there. Some staff knows what they are doing and are good at customer service - Eric. Most others would need to be trained better.”

• Clean, convenient, affordable.
• No business center on site.

“Nice place, have stayed many times before, and I always return. Great value, great location. Business center available across the parking lot at the Mainstay Suites.”
