• Everything was as expected and a very good value.

“The hotel is new and well appointed. The room was large and all facilities clean and in good working order. I found the staff helpful and flexable. I would use this hotel again.”

• Liked the layout of the room.
• It was pricey.

“The layout was great for the 3 of us, and the room was very nice. It was pricey, but the room was great, and we only had to get one room (at some hotels it might have been two). Breakfast was quite nice as well.”

“This is a great hotel! It's sparkling clean. The staff, especially the continental breakfast staff are so pleasant! It's comfortable, equipped with basically everything you would need. Nice job on this one Marriot! It's a definite that I would go back here.”

• Decor was done tastefully; pool area and fitness center were very nice. The rooms were soundproof and immaculate.
• It would have been better if the sleeping area had been separated by a door rather than a divider wall.

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The pool and workout area were very nice. The breakfast area had a great selection and the personnel were really friendly and helpful and accommodating.”

• The nicest, most comfortable hotel I stayed in at a great value.
• I did not like having double queen instead of a king bed.

• We had car problems, the staff could of not been more helpful with information, faxing letters for, and we did not ask, they volunteered to do this for us.
• Not one thing, they exceeded our expectations.

“This well be a short review. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The hotel suites where exceptional clean as well as the grounds. They staff was very helpful, in any way they could, and knowledgeable about the community and surround areas. They were extremely helpful with giving directions to places of interest.”

• It provided the nicest continental breakfast I have ever experienced anywhere and kept the coffee and juices available all day.

• large room, equipped with refridgerator, microwave, great cable t.v.
• my room was right across from the elevators, I could hear "dinging" all night.

“The hotel is in a good location, very new and clean. I was put in a terrible room, right across from very loud elevators (that would "ding" everytime someone pushed a button). I was able to move rooms for the second night, but I could still hear the elevators (although much better). The service was ok, although the hairdryer in my room broke, and they could not send anyone to replace it. Regardless of these small issues, I had an enjoyable stay and appreciated the clean and new feel of the hotel.”

“The rooms were large, bright and clean. The hotel staff was friendly and accomodating. The free contintental breakfast included yogurt, eggs, sausage, cold and hot cereals. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.”

• The location was easily accessible, the staff and service excellent and the suite comfortable.
• The room smelled of cigarette smoke and was located too close to the elevators which were ringing incessently.

• The hotel is very nice has a pool and a hot and cold Breakfast
• The in room coffee maker still had coffee grounds in it from the previous guest.

• It was very conveniently located and very friendly staff!!
• No room service or in house restaurant.

“I considered our stay to be great. Excellent actually. In fact the only problem we came across during our stay was a closet light that would not turn off, but that was a very easy fix. Although it appears to be in a very busy area it was extremely quiet and welcoming.”

• Not getting what we requested/needed!

“When we checked in on Mon, staff was very helpful! Tues am, we did not receive our wake-up call and had no hot water. When we checked out on Tues am and complained, new staff could have cared less!!!! That was the bad part and why I rated them a 7. I will stay there again, as the price was right and location was great, to PSU.”

“My friends and I loved the hotel. The surrounding areas were clean and beautiful and I had a nice view of a water fountain outside my window. I really liked the bedrooms, they were very clean and nicely decorated in warm tones of gold, tan and cream. I instantly relaxed when I entered the room. This was a great hotel experience and a great place to stay. They even have an indoor pool.”
