• It had a pool but people were in and around it until 4:00 in the am, we could not sleep called management 3 times.
• Rooms were not clean, smelt bad, like mold and mildew.

“The staff was not responsive to our needs, when you call the front desk no one would answer, the breaks was very slime in picking even though no one can out to it much. The place had a party going on that keep us all up all night we did not get very much sleep until early in the morning. to.”

• Towels multi colored white.

“There seemed to be quite a few long term guest. Some outside at midnight drinking and being loud. Would have scared me if I had my whole family. The AC was off when I got to the room. AC was very loud, had to put some weight on it to get to sleep. The towels were about 4 shades of white, each towel different. Bed was comfortable enough.”

• It was clean, big and quite.
• There was no remote for the TV. The breakfast buffet had all the standard continental fare, nothing extraordinary.

“The room was large and clean. The refrigerator was a little noisy. The vent fan in the bathroom was very noisy. There was no remote for the TV, I call the front desk to let them know and they didn't have a replacement available at the desk. They also didn't offer to get one from another room either or offer to move to another room. And the hotel wasn't sold out by any means.”

• Easy access to large hwy.
• No large restaurants had to go to next exit.

“We travel with a softball team. We need easy access to major hwy to & from parks and accommodations for 12, 12 year olds and the family this worked good for us.”

• Very helpful staff and clean room.
• Too much window in room no blinds and not private enough.

“Other than the room having a large window with no blinds and generic curtains. My stay was very comfortable the staff was very helpful and cordial. And price was good. Would definitely stay again.”

• Ok breakfast buffet.
• Room not made up, panhandler came to room in evening.

“We had put a do not disturb sign on the door until 10am, then took it off and left for the day. Came back at 7pm to find room not done. Told people at office-not very interested and nothing done. Was told, oh, you must have had the do not disturb sign on. Panhandler knocked on door in evening asking for change. Shower water temp changes to ice cold when someone somewhere else has water running. Stay here only as last resort!”

“My experience with the Best Western, Goldsboro Inn is as follows:1.) Dirty Old run-down rooms. 2.) Unprofessional, uncooth, impolite staff. 3.) Not accommodating to customer needs. 4.) Front Desk Staff Fraudulent Used A Prior Credit Card Number That I Had On File. 5.) I was billed three times for a one night stay.”

• Buffet was awful! At 7:50 am they ran out of food. Dried up awful food.

“The room was clean and comfortable. The buffet was awful. They ran out of bacon by 7:50am. The eggs were runny and processed. The sausage was dried up. The coffee was dark and bitter. I would not stay here again.”

• Nice large room.
• Breakfast in the hotel restaurant.

“Nice large room with appealing decor; the recliner was a nice touch in the room. We enjoyed our stay but were very disappointed in the sit down breakfast.”

• Good location, hi-speed internet access.
• Heating & ac unit was Nasty.

“Front desk staff was friendly, nice to have hi-speed internet access in the room; complimentary breakfast buffet was nice, except the food was cold. The room needed maintenance of multiple things. Pretty much got what we paid for.”

• The swimming pool was very clean.
• Their were bugs (ants and flies) in our room.

“The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room was a bit dirty and smelly. The ice machine on my level was broken and the snack machine was pretty much empty. The breakfast was included which was good but when we went around 8:00 the breakfast bar was almost empty the eggs could have been a little fresher.”

• Generally clean and well located for my purposes.
• Shower didn't work.

“OK for low-budget motel. The shower didn't work, which was probably just one of those things that happen, but it was a problem since I didn't have time to change rooms, etc. in the morning.”
