“My wife came up for a couple of days during my business trip to visit and while I was working she wanted to dip her feet in the beautiful Jacuzzi at the indoor swimming pool. This was a fantastic value and I will try to stay there again.”

- The hotel staff was very helpful.
- There was a leak in the ceiling of the pool area that was very noticeable due to rain.
“The guest service staff at this hotel was great! They even did some research and made some calls to find an authentic New York style Pizza joint that was open when we called them. They did the research then called us back when they had something helpful for us. The decor was nice and the beds VERY comfortable. The only cons I can really give were that there was a leak in the ceiling of the pool area that was noticeable because it was raining outside and that we couldn't get a smoking room, but even then, they placed us near the pool elevator which was near an exit door which made it easier for my fiance to take care of his needs. Overall, I'd stay there again and recommend it to friends and family if they were going to be in the area.”

- They upgraded me from a full-size to king size at no additional charge.
- Room did not cool/ AC set at 68 and outside temp 65.
“The hotel was beautiful and clean and convenient to my destination. It is an upper scale facility near restaurants, malls, sports arenas and hospitals. The staff was courteous and obliging and I will stay there again. I recommend the Hilton to everyone.”

- Employees very friendly, This hotel looked like it had been recently renovated, and the ambiance was extremely mid to top end.
- The bartenders allow a guest to sit at the bar smoking on her phone loudly, without making a purchase at all. Outside is where that belongs.

- The Location.
- The hotel staff seemed indifferent to our room situation.
“The hotel is in a prime location in the Raleigh area. We were close to several shopping areas and excellent restaurants. Our main problem stemmed from the indifference of the staff when we checked in and they did not have the room available we had reserved when making our reservations. We were told that they were not accountable for reservation errors. We then asked if we could be moved for the second night of our stay. The manager assured us that we would be accommodated. The next morning when we contacted the reservation desk we were told that they had no record of us being told we could move to a different room. I can not recommend this hotel due to the poor customer service by the front desk staff and the lies told to us by management. Beware that you may not receive the room that you reserved.”

- I felt like I was at home. The ambience was great.

“The hotel was excellent in most aspects. I unfortunately had a room next to the 3 elevator doors. I was therefore subjected to listening to extraneous sounds throughout the night. My own fault, I should have requested a different room. Flat panel TV would get excellent review if connected to HD. also had to pay $13/day for internet service.”

- The skybox bar, it's a sports bar dive in an otherwise nice hotel.
“Liked everything but the hotel bar. Staff was friendly, parking easy, location excellent, room quiet and a nice size, good health club. They Skybox bar, though, is a bit of a dive. Not much personality; doesn't attract a business or more mature crowd as you might expect to be staying at a Hilton.”

“It is obvious that this is an older hotel that has been renovated. While the renovations are nice, certain things could not have been fixed. The room was huge but the bathroom was tiny (you could reach the sink from the tub) and without ventilation so the mirror fogged and once you opened the bathroom door, every window and mirror in the room fogged up, too.”

“I arrived late at night at this hotel and walked in carrying my sleeping 5-yr-old daughter. The front desk clerk was nice enough to not make me sign all the paper check-in info. The hotel was in the middle of renovation (conference area) so it was a little untidy. When I got to the room I was impressed by the size of the room and space to walk around. Many hotels are so cramped you can barely fit between the TV armoire and the bed, but not this one. Very attractive furniture, flooring and bathroom. The worst part of the stay was, the noise from the high school girls soccer convention participants (they were still going loudly in the halls at 2 am) and the high cost of internet service with no Wi-Fi connections.”

- The Hiltons proximity to the beltline was very convenient for getting around Raleigh. Our room was fairly large, and the bed was comfortable.
- The TV remote had no sleep timer.
“The Hilton north Raleigh is located conveniently near the inner and outer beltlines. Ample parking is available for guests. Our room was clean and comfortable.”

- The bed was more comfortable than my bed at home!
- The pool was closed for renovation.
“This hotel was beautiful. I had attended a large conference last summer. But, this time, my spouse and I were there for leisure. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. The rooms were nicely appointed. Now, Im spoiled and can never stay anywhere but a Hilton from now on.”
