• This hotel was clean; the deluxe breakfast was excellent, friendly staff.
• Tight parking.

“The hotel was clean, kitchen was perfect, and the deluxe breakfast was excellent (kids didn't want to leave). Great for traveling with kids, couples or business; breakfast provided and sometimes dinner and you have a kitchen to cook versus dining out. We didn't have a single complaint about it and to top if off wee got to play in the snow!”

“The hotel was very nice other than the cockroaches in the bathroom of the hotel. We had to switch rooms due to this and then could not get back into the previous room to collect some of our things.”

• The hotel was realloy clean and neat and the workers were really nice.
• There was absoloutely nothing !!!!!

“We did not know anything about the motel before the trip. My whole family enjoyed the hotel. We will go back. We are time share owners so we know and understand quality hotels and resorts. Mr Smith your hotel is on the same quality line as many of the resorts. We have told our friends about the hotel !!!!!”

• It was relatively clean and convenient and with the breakfast and welcome home reception it is a great value.
• The carpet seemed a little warn in my room.

“It is a nice place not as polished as some of the residence Inn properties, kind of a ski resort or village feel. It would be comfortable for a long term stay.”

• Very attractive condo setting, felt like a private residence.

“From arrival to departure, everything you need to remind you that you are at a 3 star hotel. Breakfast buffet was out of this world, eggs, sausage, cereal, juice etc. Use of lobby computer and printer to check email or just surf the web was outstanding. Rooms and accommodations all excellent.”

• The remote on the TV was a little hard to turn on & off and the alarm clock did not work.

• Noisy exhaust fan in bathroom - did not report to main desk - too busy.

“Very accessible to Interstate - well maintained, very friendly staff. Well stocked kitchenette, room was fairly well maintained for its age. Landscaping was very nice and well maintained, parking adequate. Would stay again in future and recommend to others.”

“The hotel was tucked away in a quiet area of Raleigh. I was treated very lovely by the hotel staff from check in to check out. The TV was only 19 inches which seem way too small for the room and hotel.”

• Very nice rooms, I had the pent house suit.
• Could not get to use the swimming pool because guest pit bulls would not let me near it.

• Mgmt offered nightly meals in lobby - no extra charge and wonderful hot breakfast.
• Nothing - excellent all around!

“Easy to get to; nice gym to work out in; very friendly reception/mgt. Staff; this hotel offers complimentary buffet style dinners in lobby which are great for a traveler - food was hot and as good as any restaurant - hotel is in walking distance of Bahamas breeze restaurant and you can drive about 1 mile to melting pot restaurant; very clean rooms with full kitchens which are cleaned each morning; clean pool area with hot tub and even a bib area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I felt very safe here and very much at home.”

• It is like staying in a private apartment. Nice.
• The water pipes in next door rooms were very load.

“As usual Marriott has a winner. I love the Residence Inn concept but Marriott runs them with care and detail. The employees are professionals that can and do talk to you and service you in a professional manner. The hotels are great.”

• It was freezing and we could not locate the thermostat did not sleep the whole night

“Great accommodations would certainly recommend to others. Arrived late after an all day concert, freezing in the room and we could not locate the thermostat did not sleep well that night as I was cold!!!!!”

• They supplied a full nutritional breakfast Mon- Sat and dinner Mon -Thurs and the maid service came in every day and cleaned up, near a lot of shopping.
• No bad parts

• The rooms were huge and clean, the were comfy and the food was good!
• There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

“I wasn't expecting this to be as nice as it was! We were so happy with our visit. The staff was wonderful, the beds were comfy with great pillows. The towels were luxurious and we were pleasantly surprised that are stay included a happy hour hosted by the management along with a light dinner, plus a hot breakfast bar! We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience.”

• The building's were cramped together to close and at night wasn't light up enough for my concern.

• Location and the kitchen, fire place, hot breakfast and happy hour.
• The interior sidewalks that double as a drainage trough during heavy rain.

“Awesome location and convenient to I-440, shopping and numerous businesses. I could walk to where I had business over the course of my stay. Two restaurants are within easy walking distance, Denny's & Bahama Breeze...what else do you need? The rooms are outstanding with a full kitchen that includes a dishwasher! Outstanding breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, and a waffle iron, among other traditional fare. Happy hour is unbelievable with salad, sloppy joes or another hot item, beer, wine, and some of the best chocolate cake I have had. This is a perfectly run hotel with absolutely perfect amenities!”

• The room felt like a cheaper hotel.

“The hotel was convenient for lesser travel with a great breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was by far the highlight and did not require you to wake up too early. The room was spacious, but the quality and smell of the room was that of a cheaper hotel.”

• Excellent price (thanks to you guys), everything I could possibly need was already in the hotel, clean, friendly staff, more.
• Hmm.. Everything was good.

“I frantically had to go searching for a wine tool - in a foreign city - this was scary. Come to find out there was one in the silverware drawer! All my needs were anticipated, coffee, popcorn, wine tool. It was great! Probably the best hotel I've stayed in through you guys. Thank you.”

• wireless internet connection seemed slightly unstable, toilet ran constantly

“With a more stable internet connection, it is perfectly adequate for a short stay. Nothing great, but it was clean. It did need of some minor repairs.”

• This hotel exceeded my expectations! I've stayed at 3 star hotels that weren't even as nice.
• The only complaint is the shabby apartments next door to the hotel

“This hotel was a great experience. The rooms are large and have many amenities and our standard room even had a fireplace. The service was excellent. The pool area was very nice. To top everything else off they include a hot breafast buffet and evening snacks(which is more like a dinner!!) I'll be back.”

• The Suites are fully furnished with full sized Kitchens.

“The amenities were great. The pool and hot tub. The tennis/Basketball court. The workout room. The Hot Breakfast was excellent. I will search out Residence Inns in the future.”

• It was like an apartment, very comfortable.
• The shower had a slow drain.

“This hotel was very equipped, with a full kitchen and living room area with a fireplace. When traveling, it helps to save money on food if you can do some preparation in the hotel room. All rooms also come with microwave popcorn; nice to provide an evening snack!”

“I have stayed at this hotel before and was very unhappy. The place was rundown and not the quality I had anticipated but this stay was fantastic. The staff was helpful. The beds are new and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend it.”

“The Residence Inn, Raleigh was well run. The breakfast is much more than the standard continental fare. The rooms were good with easy, thermostatic controlled air/heat. All rooms had kitchen and sitting area. A TV in the sitting area and one you could watch from the beds. We had a very comfortable stay.”
