• Room was very nice, bed was extremely comfortable.
• There is a lot of construction happening all around the hotel, hard to enter.

“The hotel was very nice on the inside and the room was large and bed was very soft with a lot of pillows. There is a lot of construction happening around the hotel. There is not much noise from the construction but entering the hotel is somewhat difficult. The parking is self parking across the street. There is construction all around Raleigh so it is not really the hotel's fault. Great stay, would highly recommend. Lots of business travelers seemed to stay there.”

• Polite and responsive staff.
• Business center was sub par Could not print.

“The hotel is located in the business district near the Wake County Court House. Not meant for kids, good for business travelers. Business center was weak. After telling the front desk 2x that the printer was not working. Not fixed. Otherwise, good value for what I paid.”

• Convenient to downtown, NC Capitol.
• Nothing, shops or restaurants for Saturday a.m. shopping.

“This is a typical downtown hotel. Near the state capitol. The area is extremely dead on weekends, no shopping or dining in the immediate area. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, comfortable.”

• In a construction area-made it difficult to get to. And Parking was in a deck across the street.

• very very clean and staff very friendly
• confusing on how to get to the parking and you had to pay to park!!!!!

“excellent, nothing negative I can say with the exception of having to pay to park which as a guest staying in the hotel was awful.....make all the seminar people pay....but not the guests!!!!!”

• I was able to get a non-smoking King room.
• Parking is across the street, area tore up near hotel

“We found the Sheraton staff to be exceedingly helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Downtown Raleigh is undergoing extensive renovations near the hotel so driving nearby was frustrating. We would like to stay here again after the work is completed.”

“The hotel was satisfactory - although there was noone to help with luggage and no easy way to have a snack after 11:30 pm, when I wanted it. The room was pleasant, though drafty and somewhat smaller than I needed to outlay all the work papers I had brought with me. Staff was friendly.”
