• Under construction; one elevator working.

• Excellent price, outstanding hot breakfast.
• Unable to get room with 2 beds, had to sleep on pullout.

“This residence inn is conveniently located close to Crabtree Valley mall. The hotel is going through a bit of renovation but nothing of concern. The hotel is very clean and seems quiet. The only downside is that a large percentage of the rooms seem to be queen bed and pullout sofa rather than 2 beds.”

• Excellent room, very large, newly remodeled, excellent bed.
• Lobby was being remodeled during our stay.

“This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very large with a 3/4 refrigerator, microwave, range, dishwasher, and sink. The bed was very comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean, as this was inconsistent from any other "extended stay" style hotel I have ever visited. I would highly recommend staying here.”

• Free breakfast everyday.
• Overbooked, renovation, no heat in first room.

“During our one week stay we were out all day so we missed any noise or disruption due to renovation. Overbooked so they put us up the first night at another hotel across the street. Second night there was no heat, third night they moved us to another room. The big benefit to staying here was the accommodating and friendly staff, a good free breakfast everyday and dinner and drinks saved us a ton of money. You can't beat the location!”

• Comfort with nice little kitchen and a cozy sofa with a beautiful view of trees.
• Wish there was a fireplace in the room.

“My daughter and I loved the room. It was comfortable, nice, clean, and upscale with space. We didn't run into each other except when we both were drying our hair. My daughter loved it. The staff was awesome. I would highly recommend the hotel. Right near the mall was an extra plus.”

• Good selection of breakfast items.
• Residence inns are not like most Marriott properties.

“Staff was friendly, location was a little difficult to navigate, but was centrally located in the city. Room was nice, but had some minor problems, nothing significant enough to mention. Residence inn's are not typical Marriott properties, geared more for extended stay travelers, but again when every other property is booked it'll work.”

• This property was doing everything right, good clean room, public areas & great staff.
• I do not remember anything.

“This hotel is doing everything right and the complimentary breakfast and afternoon reception/meal was a great value. They even had cookies at the reception desk for guests when you returned from a long day. This property should be an example of how to do it in the residence inn Marriott properties.”

• The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. All in all my stay at this hotel was wonderful.
• Animals where allowed.

“I would recommend everyone to stay at the Residence Inn. This is not my first time at the Residence Inn and each time has been wonderful.”

• What more could your ask for, wonderful managers welcome every night with delicious food, breakfast in the morning, fantastic.
• I loved everything about this hotel.

“We would highly recommend this hotel whether your stay is for leisure or business. A perfect place to stay for an extended time. Conveniently located to the interstate and the mall made it a perfect home away from home. From the warm and friendly staff, the gourmet breakfast and the nightly manager's welcome we felt like we were on a five star cruise ship. On our next trip to Raleigh, the Residence Inn Crabtree is our first choice.”

• Beautiful lobby, great free breakfast, and the room were very nice.

“I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the hotel. It was warm, cozy and friendly. The common areas were very clean, and the staff was very accommodating. The free breakfast selection was wonderful, and the food tasted fresh and hot.”

• It was exactly what I wanted, a romantic getaway. Breakfast was excellent!
• Could have had a better comforter.

• Magnificent full (FREE!) breakfast buffet. Attentive & knowledgeable staff.
• No luggage cart or help with my bags was available on late arrival or normal checkout time.

“This is the nicest hotel I've visited in a very long time! In most cases, services & extras offered went beyond my expectations. I will always choose this hotel when returning to the Raleigh/Crabtree area.”

• I enjoyed the quietness, the garage parking, and the evening buffet. I liked that the hallways were warm.
• To much processed food. Did not like location of workout center.

“I really did enjoy my stay. It was very warm and inviting. I felt like I was in my very own small apartment. I had to get used to the location of the sink being outside the bath and a door to the closet. Nice furniture very comfortable.”

• I was worried about taking a chance on where my children and I were going to stay the night. The hotel we stayed in was well worth the risk!
• The "jaccuzzi" was cold.

“We had a pleasent night with friendly service, clean and large rooms, a swimming pool for the kids to enjoy (too cold for me though), and a wonderful full breakfast in the morning. Check-out ws a breeze. I felt my children and I were safe and in good hands.”

• No shuttle to/from airport.

• Worked well for 2 people who are not a couple. Wonderful full breakfast
• Tile floor was very slick in the kitchen and I fell down on my knee.

“I was very satisfied with location,cleanliness,helpfulness of staff.Food was very good for breakfast and coffee was available all day.I had never stayed at a Residence Inn but will do it again and tell others how well I liked it.”
