• The pillows were the fluffiest ever.

“The room was spectacular. Comfort was to the max and I felt like I did not want to leave. The staff at the wonderful breakfast was super cheery at the wee hours of the morning which made the day start even more pleasant.”

• Quiet, easy access, and comfortable rooms.
• The printer did not work in the business area other than that it was a very nice place

“Great location in the Crabtree area of Raleigh. Clean, quiet, and nicely appointed rooms. The room I stayed in is more for extended stays and had two rooms, a living room kitchen area and a sleeping area. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.”

• I like the fact that you had two flat screen TV's.
• I did not like the fact that my refrigerator was keeping a little noise and I got a wake up call at 6:30 AM that I did not ask for.

“I think that it was a very nice hotel and the staff was very helpful. I will be looking forward to staying there again.”

• It was the perfect suite sit-up, It put a smile on my face.
• The Location felt a little remote.

“I was happy to be at the Hilton. Thinking about it made my 1 1/2 drive easier and exciting. I liked the way the hotel looks. It has a busy feel even though it is sitting out by itself. I liked my room as soon as I opened the door. Very comfortable and clean. I liked it so much I stayed an extra day. And I am glad I stayed.”

• Spaciousness of suite/new TVs.
• Handicap room is not/no walk in shower etc.

“The only criticism was the handicap facilities. I did not take a shower because I cannot use a climb over and in a regular tub. The only noticeable concession to handicap was the grab bars.”

• Nothing: I loved my stay!

“This was one of my favorite hotels. Complete with a kitchen and pull out sofa. Flat screen TVs and a friendly staff and free hot breakfast. What more could I possibly ask for? I will stay here again and again. I was quite impressed.”

• It was close to the mall.
• It was difficult to get to and out of the way.

“It was nice, but under renovation. The spotlights from the ground shined through the windows all night. The pool was closed on an 86 degree day. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the room was clean. The wireless was a bonus.”

• Kitchen facilities.
• Balcony not clean, bathroom faucet faulty.

“Has the potential to be very nice, some remodeling was being done. There was too much furniture in sitting area and the luggage cart would not fit thru the door without moving a chair. Concierge was very pleasant as was all the staff. Convenient to shopping.”

• The roaring fireplace that greeted me in 15 degree weather.
• There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel.

• Close to the crab tree mall great breakfast.
• Had a little difficulty finding the hotel from Glenwood Avenue.

• Very clean hotel, friendly staff, chatted with manager.
• Was not able to put me in non smoking room for 2nd night.

“Probably one of the best 2.5 ratings hotels I have stayed on. Hotel was very clean and staff were helpful and friendly. The following night I stayed at a Radisson in High Point NC and it was very disappointing and it cost more money. Should not have been rated 3 star.”

• We were initial put in a smoking room.
