• Staff was terrific! Hotel breakfast and cocktail hour was really great!
• The food at the restaurant was not as good as expected.

“This was the best hotel that we've stayed in years! We frequently travel for business and leisure, but have not seen a hotel that really values its guests the way that this hotel does. We couldn't have been happier with this hotel. We plan to visit again and to get the best the rate! The happy hour choices were generous. The complimentary breakfast was so unbelievably good that we would never stay anywhere else. This is a great find!”

• Clean hotel with very comfortable and attractive rooms. Great complimentary breakfast.
• Screaming/running children on floor above (Hotel staff did settle them down).

“This hotel was very conveniently located and the staff was very accommodating. They had a delicious full complimentary breakfast and the rooms were spacious with a crib available for my baby. We would stay here again.”

• I liked the breakfast.
• Furnishings, etc. needed to be updated. Room was "worn" looking.

“The entrance and lobby area was beautiful. Rooms were nice but as stated above, they need to be renovated to keep up with the times.”

• The hotel room was very spacious. We loved having everything within a two mile drive. The staff was very friendly. The cost was reasonable.
• The only thing that bothered us was the 6th floor was for non smoking and their was a lot of people smoking on that floor. Sometimes our room smelled.

“Our room was very spacious for four people. The staff was very accommodating. We enjoyed having the mall and other stores within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. We're planning on returning soon.”

• The courtyard was extremely nice for a birthday stay for my wife.
• Everything was excellent.

“The free drinks at check in were appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was as fine as any quality restaurant.”

“The hotel is in need of a renovation. The furniture is a little shabby and outdated. And, coupled with the fact that the hotel has absolutely no views (the parking lot or the roadway, if you're lucky, the mall!), renovations are in due order. I've stayed at Embassy Suites in Puerto Rico, California, and elsewhere, this one needs to improve the interior to maintain its reputation. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“The hotel was pretty much as expected as an Embassy Suite hotel. There was a little concern when checking in and going to the room since there was a wedding reception going on in the large open area around which all the rooms were located. This was not a problem, however since the living room was at the entrance and the bedroom was after the bathroom area and this kept the noise from being a problem.”

“The staff were all very friendly. Our room was not cleaned properly, but the mgr has offered a discount on a future stay to compensate for it. The rooms are very large and it is nice to have a private room separate from the sitting area. The motel offers a free breakfast, but the line was at least 25 people long just to get the advertised”
