• The breakfast was way better than I had expected and it was complimentary!
• There really was nothing that I didn't like!

• Close to Buffalo airport.
• No bar, no restaurant.

“Room was clean and comfortable great for a one night stay and getting to the airport for a flight the next morning. If I was staying longer in Buffalo I would go to a hotel with a bar, restaurant and maybe swimming pool.”

• Location to the airport.
• Problems with the room, staff was not willing to help.

“It was obvious the room had a condensation leak from the air conditioner as there was a bucket under the condensing unit to catch the water. There was a large fan in the middle of the room that was obviously trying to dry the carpet that was wet from the leak. The room had an obvious musty smell from the wet carpet. When all of this was brought to the hotel's staff, the attendant on duty simply unplugged the fan and moved it to one side of the room. When I asked her if she was going to leave it in the room, she said she cannot take it with her and there is nothing she can do as there were no more rooms. To top it off, the air conditioner did not cool throughout the night. This is my first and last experience with LaQuinta.”

• Front desk and public area were small. No elevator and no vending or ice machine second floor.

• Great staff and free shuttle to and from airport.
• Everything was nice no problems.

• The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
• The pillows were too small.

“For the price this hotel was exceptional. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was good. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Our only complaint was each bed had 4 "half pillows", which was awkward but not a huge problem.”

• Room was extra clean. Good breakfast, computer center.
• The commode is too shallow Man's genitals hit water.

“We were more than pleased with the cleanliness, the hot breakfast, the computer center and six out of seven of the staff. One desk clerk needed to work on his attitude. The rest of the staff was GREAT! Especially the room maid and the maintenance man!”

• Bottom sheets were not changed on the bed. Had to sleep on top of them, not very nice.

“The hotel was okay for the price, but the sheets should be changed everytime the room changes hands. Mine were not and my traveling companion said the same thing about his room. I told managment when we checked out! It is a 2 star motel.”

• Loved the beds and pillows. Best we had in a long time.
• Could not figure out the thermostat till about 3 am but when we did worked great.

• Comfortable, updated rooms and a great complimentary breakfast. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.
• There was not a lot of parking.

“Good location, comfortable beds and clean room. The staff was friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good. I especially liked the make your own waffles! Will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.”

“Gentleman at front desk didn't seem very knowledgeable on check in procedure involving a reservation which left our group thinking we didn't have a room for the night at a sold out hotel 250 miles from home. Very scary.”

• Hotel maintenance people were outstanding.
• Bathroom exhaust fan would help control normal bathroom smells.

“Facility was neat and clean. I switched rooms initially because the original room (131) had a dismounted mirror. The staff quickly gave me another room and was outstanding in every way. Especially outstanding were the head of guest room cleaning and the gentleman that arranged breakfast and other meals.”
