• Location to areas where we had plans.
• Driveway entrance a bit congested.

“We liked it. Didn't realize it was same hotel we stayed at years before. Nice and relaxing for our purposes. Were initially given King smoking room, but that was rectified immediatey -- though we ended up with double beds. Would have preferred a King bed.”

• Room was kind of small. I wish they had an indoor pool.

• Comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.
• The remote control for the TV didn't work even after getting a replacement and having maintenance come to the room.

“The hotel while located in an Urban area was not directly accessible from major interstates. Most other services such as restaurants, food stores, gas stations are close by.”

• Nice, clean and affordable.
• Can't think of anything off hand. Wish it had sitting area in room and frig.

“I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Large clean room, great friendly staff, breakfast and within a reasonable distance from where I was working. If all Hampton Inn are this nice I would stay in them again.”

• Cranberry juice always shot of machine, and splashes on your clothes.

“Other than crazy juice machine, the place is great for a business traveler. Nice comfy rooms, ample desk space, close to many quick eats.”

• The curtains were soiled.

“Overall it was a good stay. Staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast was satisfactory. Renovations were not totally completed in this 6th floor room. The curtains had water stains. It was adequate for the price.”

• I could not change my room to a non smoking room.

“Staff was friendly and they tried to accommodate our need for non-smoking by cleaning the room. Nice area to hit malls and freeway. It was nice stay.”

“Old, tired property. Beds and bedding were newer and nice; hotel staff very friendly. Other than that, fitness room is less than mediocre, breakfast is disappointing, and manager's evening reception was cheese and crackers (not the light dinner offered at other local hotels).”

• I liked it all - room/bed, location, and the breakfast was the real smile maker. I want to go back w/wife.
• Sorry, I had a good night stay.

• Great staff, comfortable rooms/beds, happy hour, excellent breakfast.
• Would like the pool to open early a.m. for swim time without children.

“We have stayed at this hotel 3 times. It has exceeded our expectations each time. It is centrally located for our needs. Great staff, very helpful. Love the lobby computer access. Coffee/tea availability 24 hours. Breakfast has good variety.”

• Unsafe parking area / weird layout of lobby and parking.

“Lobby needs renovation. Parking in rear is dangerous with disclaimers posted about "not responsible for theft" from cars. Should provide security or lower star level.”

“This is the ideal business traveler hotel, when entertaining clients is not required. It is a convenient location and a quality/modern facility. The rooms have all the comfort and functionality I need. The staff is friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour go above and beyond expectations. This hotel is maybe the best Hampton inn I've stayed at. . . and a very good hotel.”
