• Location and clean.
• Restaurant, certainly does not blend with the rest of the hotel.

“Everything was perfect for a traveler about the hotel, except for the restaurant. When people travel they do not mind spending a little extra on fine dining, after all, they are usually on a holiday, this is when people are more than likely to spend, build it and they will come. We are heading down your way again in March and if availability is there we will stay, sure hope we see an improvement in the restaurant if not we will dine somewhere else prior to flying out the next day.”

• It is close to the airport and free shuttle and breakfast.
• Check-in lady refused to give us non-smoking room.

“They were unable to accommodate our request. We were unable to sleep properly that evening due to the room and beds smelling like cigarette smoke. We also encountered a drunk man that was also staying on the smoking floor we were placed on. Overall a very unpleasant stay. Would not want to stay here again. I would rather sleep overnight at the airport instead next time. It was that bad.”

“No guarantee that you get a non-smoking room. The reception flat out said that you get a room, but we can't guarantee that it is a non-smoking room bidder be ware.”

• The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

“This was a great hotel for families. We found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel was situated directly across the road from the Buffalo airport, we did not hear a single plane take off nor did we hear any sirens, etc.”

• The hot tub and the breakfast buffet.
• One front desk clerk was fairly rude.

“This is an excellent location across form Buffalo International Airport, good for a short stay. Clean rooms which are quite large. Would have liked a mini-fridge and microwave.”

• Quick access to airport with a shuttle service

“This is a straightforward, clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were friendly. There is access to a computer plus a small pool. The convenient shuttle and short ride was valued as I needed to be at the airport by 5 am.”

• Fast check in, TV problem solved immediately - changed rooms, and friendly staff.
• No complaints.

“The desk was fast and friendly and gave us a no charge late check out. T.V. did not work in our room, and were given another room immediately. The beds were so comfortable, we slept past breakfast so cannot comment on it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it. Lobby was warm and inviting.”

• The breakfast.
• Nothing.

“It was a quick stay for us, but we like the hotel a lot. It was just a quick overnight stay and didn't have a chance to do much but sleep and take off the next day, but the breakfast was great for travelers.”

• Large room and close to the airport.
• The heater in the room didn't work. There was an electrical wire just lying on the floor with exposed wires at one end.

“The room was large enough, however the heater didn't work. The room became very cold during the night. The lights were very dim making it difficult to see clearly in the room. The hotel is equipped for wireless internet, however I could not get wireless on my laptop and called the front desk to ask for an ethernet to plug into the recepticle. I was told they didn't have any.”

• Friendly staff and overall clean hotel.
• Comforter on my bed was not clean had stains and obviously dirty.

“I like this hotel overall. The comforter was dirty but the overall cleanliness was good and the staff was great. The hotel did offer a inside pool that other guest seem to enjoy. I will be staying again.”

• Big, had couch, microwave and fridge.
• The heating was a little wonky at times.

“The hotel was very comfortable and met all our expectations. The inclusion of the fridge and microwave is excellent, especially if you want to keep costs down, or eat healthy, or if you have kids. And the continental breakfast was more than stale croisants and juice.”

• The hotel was easy to locate & was clean and staff was friendly.
• The key to the room did not work and finally after two more tries it was fine.

“We had a good time at the Days Inn Hotel-Buffalo and would stay there again. We took our rental car back the night before our flight, so we did not have the hassle the next morning. The shuttle was efficient and courteous. We did not like the food at the small cafe. However, I did use the inter-net and appreciated that.”

• The location of the hotel was excellent for access to the airport.
• Confusion exists about the affiliation to Days Inn or is it a non-franchised hotel.

“The hotel staff is very good and the breakfast offered was excellent - however, this hotel really needs a complete do-over! They will now have severe competition from adjacent properties - something that did not exist a few years ago, e.g. Hilton, Marriott, Hampton Inn etc.”

• The kids enjoyed the pool and spa; it was convenient to the airport.
• Unable to get rollaway for extra child.

“Overall I was satisfied, they recently remodeled and no longer have rollaway cots for space reasons, so I made an area on the floor for my oldest child, (who didn't mind) but that was the only problem we encountered.”

“Difficult to find nice hotels for a cheap price in Buffalo, this is one of them. We also enjoy the 24 hr. coffee & juices at the complimentary breakfast & Free newspaper. We also enjoy the gym & Jacuzzi.”

“Very convenient to airport. So-so cleanliness (floors). Only smoking room available at early check in time. Wasn't buying it, but had an engagement needed to be at, couldn't argue. Wish I could have, smoking in hotel rooms should be banned.”

• Pool facilities were excellent. Well kept and clean. The gym facilities were very good as well.
• The bath room tub needed a bit of cleaning. Visible signs of mildew in the corners.

“Comfortable and spacious close to all amenities and just a short drive to downtown Buffalo. Excellent pool and gym facilities with the convenience of a restaurant within the Hotel.”

• Convenient pool, but very small.
• Noise, terrible restaurant, noise, noise, noise.

“Dumpy and noisy, and seemed to be a "party place" for young adults. It is easily one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, if not the #1 worst. My 8 and 6 year old children couldn't sleep, and neither could I because of the noise. The food was terrible, and selection was poor in the restaurant. Cold pancakes were served in the continental breakfast.”

• The room was much nicer than I would have expected for this type of hotel.
• The wireless access was spotty.

“Across the street from the airport, this facility offered both a lovely room and the amenities that I would expect from a higher priced property. It was surprisingly quiet and I enjoyed a great night.”

• cleaner and newer than I expected
• Very loud. Staff did little to stop younger guests from making noise in the hallways.

“Close to airport, but it does not have the easiest access to downtown. Fairly clean with a complimentary breakfast and decent workout room. However, the hotel was very noisy and staff did little to stop younger guests from causing disturbances and keeping people awake.”
