• Nothing, I left two days early because the hotel was a joke!
• Everything!

“Handicap rooms don't have handicapped features such as hand held shower head or a walk in shower. The ice machine on the fourth floor was broken from the time we got there until we left. We left early and went to Gatlinberg, leaving two nights hotel paid for. I know why we stopped staying at Marriot and went to Hampton or Holiday Inn. Getting in and out of this location was difficult at best!”

• Location of the hotel was exactly what I was looking for.
• Other guests were loud and stayed up all hours of his night.

“The hotel was great as far as the property and the staff, for the most part, was concerned. However, other guests were very loud late at night, and were also hanging out in the halls, lobby, and playing loud music and talking loudly in the parking lot, and nothing seemed to be done about it.”

• Gym equipment didn't work well.

“Hotel was in great location to all attractions, close to beach. Rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable. Very nice pool and hot tub. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would defiantly stay again!”

• It did not have a free continental breakfast.

“Hotel was great! It was close to everything. The room was clean, and the beds and linens were comfortable. The hotel staff was great and went out of their way to help you. The only thing It could have had that would have been nice is a free continental breakfast.”

• The location was fine. I like the friendly people working at this hotel.
• The prices of food and snacks. Not being aware of the smoke free rooms. The asking of a credit card after paying for the room months ago.

“I would stay again. The price was good. Knowing more about what is required will make it more relaxing if there is another stay.”

• Staff was outstanding, location was good and price was excellent.
• They need to work on cleaning the rooms a little better.

“Overall it was a great value for the price paid. Staff was very courteous and responsive, the facilities were good, the indoor pool was a plus. There is food across the street from the hotel and everything else was within minutes. I would stay in it again any time. I recommend it.”

• It was in the perfect location and clean.
• It did not have an outdoor pool.

• We enjoyed meeting in the "living room" area which is large and comfortable with a fireplace and attractive decoration.
• There is nothing I don't like.

“Our group of fourteen greatly enjoyed our stay courtyard in n. Myrtle beach. The only drawback had to drive to the beach, but the price was so agreeable that we didn't mind. The hotel was very clean, decorated comfortably and attractively. The young ones really liked the computer and pool, and all of us enjoyed the "living room" area off the lobby. We had a great vacation. Thank you!”

• Needed a rollaway bed and a fridge, and I had them in my room within an hour with no charge? Free internet access.
• No free continental breakfast.

“The hotel is on a very busy 5 lane highway. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a bit of a challenge. If I were to return to the area, I would definitely stay with them again. The quality of the hotel and staff was great!”

• I liked the convenience.
• Our air conditioner stopped working on our final day and night there.

“It was very nice and we were pleasantly surprised with the refrigerator and microwave in the room. The lobby was spacious and the staff was very pleasant about giving directions, checking us in and out, and cleaning our room each day.”

• This hotel was located in close proximity to everything I needed to access.
• I do not know that there was anything about this hotel I disliked.

“I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. The location was excellent. While the room may have been on the smaller side, that did not bother us because we did not spend very much time in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• The strong smell of chlorine from the pool as you comes in the lobby.

“For the location and price it was great. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever stayed in at a hotel. The people were friendly and accommodating. Even though it was clean and tidy I was disappointed in the outdated and worn decor of a "Marriott". I would stay there again.”

• The indoor pool and hot tub were very relaxing. The room was very spacious.
• The room was dull, but clean. They didn't want to leave new hand towels. That annoyed me.

“Overall, our stay was beyond expectations. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub every night. The public area was very nice. Our room could have used a little more attention but was not at all in bad shape. Just a few minor things. We will definitely stay there again!”

• The carpet by the first floor elevator was very dirty and worn.

• The railing on our balcony was very shaky.

“Very good experience with this hotel. Check in and out was a breeze, and we were able to check out 2 hours late without any extra fee (which was great, arriving at 2:30am). Great for an overnight or 2.”

• It was clean, the beds were made luxuriously.
• Hotel needs to be facing the ocean, needs whole rolls of tissue on rack, shower head needs more pressure, needs kitchen and more space in rooms.

“I would recommend this hotel to friends to stay a night but not for a week because you do not have all the amenities like kitchen, enough space in the rooms.”

• It is getting older looking in need of overhaul dirty carpets other than that fine.

“Hotel was in a good location for all surrounding things. Didn't use pool or hot tub. But the chlorine smell was strong. Entrance space was fine and inviting. Again carpets could have been cleaner. All in all it was fine.”

• Walls were too thin and noisy neighbors kept us up all night.

“The hotel was very well kept and great location. The staff was very professional and friendly. However, the walls are too thin and our first night there we were up until 4 a.m. Due to loud neighbors. The front desk moved us to a new floor and upgraded our room. That made me a big fan of this hotel. I would def recommend it and would go back again.”
