• Location is great! very close to airport.
• That is not a pet friendly hotel.

“We spent one night at this hotel, so it's location was great when you arrive late a night. It would be great to stay longer if it was a pet friendly hotel.”

• Friendly, helpful staff, nice location, quiet.
• Double beds? Puh-leez!

“A nice hotel in a good location, convenient to the airport. Friendly staff, beautiful large room. Their only failing was teeny-tiny beds. After two weeks of king beds in assorted Days Inn's, sleeping in a double was a significant let-down. And those non-compressible pillows were a neck-killer. We ended up using bath towels for pillows. For Conrad's sake, people - pay attention to the bedding! Hilton is supposed to be the cream of the crop, but if the beds are bad, it's all just lipstick on a pig...”

• It was very clean and well maintained. Professional, helpful, friendly staff.
• Nothing.

• The shuttle was quick and the hotel was close to the airport.
• Nothing.

• Wireless internet did not work.

“The wireless internet did not work in my room and the staff at the desk had no interest in 1) My questions about the wireless service.2) And getting it corrected for my use.”

• It was far better than we expected given the rate. We were VERY pleased!
• no complaints

“The hotel was well kept. The semi-suites were nice with free hi-speed internet. The hotel conveniently had an onsite restaurant. The desk staff were courteous and helpful in providing recommendations for local restaurants and travel directions.”

• Clean and easy access from the airport
• Hotel shuttle from airport stopped at midnight and I arrived at 12:05. Had to take a cab for 10.00

“No shuttle and had to pay $10.00 for a cab ride less than 2 miles (service fees, taxex, min's etc). Cabs more expensive then NYC. Remote had no batteries and they demanded a second credit card if I wanted to have the phone on. ”

• The staff was very friendly and the location was great.
• No Bell Man to help my elderly Mother with her bags. She had to locate the cart, take it upstairs etc.

“I am a Hilton Honors member. It is great to stay at the HIlton Garden Inn anytime I can. The staff is always courteous and helpful. ”
