• Parking was tight at night.

“This hotel is much better than the Luxor Hotel that I stayed at in Las Vegas. It had much more room than my friends suite. I would recommend Homewood Suites to everyone.”

• It resides in a nice part of town.
• The room was disgusting.

“I would never stay at this hotel again. I arrived after a long day of travel from the west coast only to find the room was partially cleaned. The bathroom was repulsive. It seemed that the cleaning group overlooked cleaning the most sanitary part of the room.”

“The front desk person is friendly and helpful, but the hotel maids are very lazy and rude, the blanket was dirty, they did not change the sheets, first three days after we finish work back to our room at 4:30pm, the room still did not cleaned up yet, ask for clean the room, they said they are busy.”

• Room was very small.

“Increasingly, hotels are not offering rooms with two double beds. This makes it hard for a family to travel (husband, wife, 2 kids). In this case, the hotel was nice but the stuck us in small room that really looked more like the second bedroom room in a two bedroom suite. We were luck this time that it was just me and my wife.”

• I like the one bedroom suite.
• Nothing to dislike.

“While traveling to the hotel, my husband called the hotel to make our room request known, and the person he spoke to took our request. When we got there, one of our rooms were right, and one was wrong. We went to the front desk, and basically were told that the room we requested was unavailable, and the desk clerk had taken it upon herself to put us in another room. We requested another king room, and was told that basically we would have to pay another $ for this room. Management was called, and she was unhelpful and had a very bad attitude. Finally, we just let the subject drop and kept the room.”

• Very nice staff and pretty setting around hotel nestled back in the woods. Quiet and peaceful.
• The coffee pot cord did not reach the wall socket. I had to move it to a small sink & mirror area, the coffee pot was in my way while getting ready.

“Pretty surroundings, quiet and peaceful. Clean, very nice for the money. Very friendly front desk staff at check in.”

• Great employees, clean quite atmosphere, spacious lobby with outstanding complimentary breakfast.
• People smoking directly in front of the entrance. The computers in the business room were extremely slow.

“The staff made me feel at home, the hotel is beautiful from the moment you arrive until you depart. The best sleep I have had in a hotel/motel in a very long time, high quality televisions, stove, ridge, microwave, fitness area, pool, private location but still close to many stores and restaurants.”

• I thought the hotel was very nice and had such beautify scenery. It had a great breakfast, too!
• I thought the rooms were a bit smaller than what I've stayed in previously.

“I thought the hotel was very nice and clean. A great secluded location. Gorgeous scenery. The breakfast bar was awesome. This was the first hotel that I've stayed at where check out was at 12 noon. It was nice to sleep in. Thanks!”

• Attractive Hotel in a beautiful surrounding.
• Non-suite rooms are small, especially with two beds.

“This hotel may not be the easiest to locate, but it is in a beautiful surrounding. My non-suite room is a half room, with a number like 221-a, the next room is 221-b. Most of these half rooms are outfitted with two full beds, fridge and microwave, leaving little room for maneuvering. It has a 32" LCD TV, but with analog signal. Complimentary breakfast is definitely above today's average deluxe. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is attractive inside and outside.”

• The man who ran the kitchen was very accommodating and was great to the children.
• I regret that I was only staying one night.

“The architecture and the covered bridge were outstanding and I applaud the architect. The staff and manager were terrific and went out of their way to help us and our grand children.”

• Icemaker in room should be turned on & emptied in advance so guest would have ice upon arrival.

• It was very nice in the lobby, with a great pool and hot tub.
• They charged my credit card again for the room on accident, but I called back to have the charge removed.

“This hotel was extremely nice, and provided much needed escape and relaxation after a long day of travel. Loved the way in which the hotel was set back from the main road and the attractive bridge taking you onto the property. Stay was very nice and fabulous breakfast was provided in the am.”

“Hotel was nice but I checked in around 6 pm and maybe all the good rooms were gone but I got two beds in a room that one bed would barely fit in. Couldn't even put the ironing board up. It reminded me of a hotel room you would get in Japan.”

• The room included a hot breakfast buffet and a hot dinner meal with beer and wine. Staff was very friendly and the suite was great.
• No signage to help people find the property from the road. Kind of secluded from road.

“This place was great for a business travel. Food was included with the room and made for a very economical trip for someone who does not have an expense account to charge meals. Property was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The suite was an apartment style with separate lining and bedroom and a small kitchen, great for extended stay.”

• The quiet and beautiful location was perfect! The spaciousness of the king suite was incredible.
• Only negative I could find was the limited seating at the breakfast buffet.

“We were in Cary for a family wedding, and I was just one of the non-suite rooms for the price that I was paying. Instead, we were treated to a king suite, which includes a small living room, kitchenette and a separate king bedroom. We were treated as though we were paying full price for this room! My parents were insanely jealous of our suite and the sweet deal we received. I would highly recommend Homewood Suites in Cary for travelers of any age or for any trip.”

• This was a clean, attractive and comfortable space. The staff was quite accommodating and friendly.
• The only negative was that the couch in our room was uncomfortable.

“Homewood Suites was a beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. It is very convenient to many areas in Cary, Raliegh/Duram and Fuquay Varina. Lovely Jordan Lake is close by, as well as the University. My husband, teenage daughter and I had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel.”

• This was my first time at a Homewood Suite and I will be sure to return. Everything was excellent: the room, decor, ambiance, breakfast bar, etc.
• I exercise while on the road, so I found I found the exercise room lacking most of the weight training equipment that I use.

“The location is somewhat out-of-the-way, but once you drive up to the hotel, you know that you made the right choice. Well groomed grounds outside of the hotel give a wonderful first impression of what to expect. Once you enter through the doors, you are greeted by a well appointed lobby/breakfast area. The decor of the lobby area created a comfortable and pleasant ambiance. And of course, the suite was just marvelous. It had everything that one would want to guarantee an enjoyable and relaxing stay.”

• All the comforts of home, and then some. Very well equipped suites.
• Not enough breakfast tables, suite furniture slightly uncomfortable.

“When you factor in the full breakfast buffet and ability to cook in your room, this hotel is a good value even at rack rates. The location, although somewhat out of the way, fit our needs perfectly. The public areas are attractive and well-kept, and our room was clean and well-equipped.”

• Unfortunately the pool will not open until may even though we stayed on a warm day.

• Bathrooms are a little cramped but it is a minor complaint.

• The breakfast and evening free buffet were great, also very quiet.
• Even in a non smoking room, the smoke from adjacent rooms came through especially in bathroom. Very annoying.

“This hotel is in the middle of a forest, and surrounded by businesses, (although close to restaurants etc). It was quiet clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast and evening buffet was unexpectedly good. Bed was a Hilton quality king, very comfortable, too many pillows would end up on the floor. Make sure they change pillow cases if they do. MY biggest complaint; being a suite hotel with business people as primary client el, the wireless connectivity in the hotel was abominable!!! The staff said it had been changed, but still it took forever to do anything online. This is a MUST have in a business hotel, actually ANY hotel nowadays. The other problem was the smoke from other "smoking" rooms coming into the bathroom area through vents. Made the room very disagreeable from time to time.”

• A nice hotel in a park setting.
• It is very difficult to find the hotel.

“Navigating through the I-40, I-440, US-1 and US-64 maze is not for the faint hearted. Do not try it in the darkness. Once you find the covered bridge, you are treated to a quiet hotel in nice park-like surrounding. The non-suite rooms with two double bed remind me of a cruise ship. The full breakfast buffet is definitely above average.”

• I liked the quality for the price. The sitting or breakfast area around the fireplace was very nice. And I enjoyed talking with one of the employee's,
• There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel.
