• Bed comfortable, room was large, clean, & quiet; complimentary Internet, & full complimentary breakfast.
• We needed two beds and one was a less-comfortable sofa bed.

• Room was very nice and clean. Bed made you want to jump in. Cozy.
• Nothing that I didn't like.

• Great room and breakfast, nice staff, close to airport.
• A bit hard to find; it's behind other facilities; poor directions.

“The hotel was really nice and had a much better than average complimentary breakfast. Our room had a great set-up with stove, dishes, fridge, microwave, etc. Too bad we were there just one night. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Getting to it was a little confusing relative to the map quest directions I had gotten. I have recommended it to family we have in the area.”

“I travel on business about 150 nights per year and stay in many different hotels. I think the hotel staff at this hotel was the friendliest and most helpful with a great attitude of any hotel I have stayed in the past 5 years. Obviously the management and staff of this hotel think that is important. Highly recommend.”

“Convenient to airport. Clean and very large rooms with kitchen. Comfortable bed and condition of the hotel was excellent. Free high speed Internet and ample parking. Friendly staff and close to restaurants. I'll definitely stay again on future trips to Raleigh. I recommend this hotel for business travelers who want comfort at a reasonable price.”

• Angelica? Checked me in late new years eve and out next am. a delightful, professional woman.
• Upstairs patron could be heard walking in the morning.

“Hotel staff helpful and warm. Easy to get to from National rental car. Currently undergoing renovations for all areas. Primarily used for longer term stays. Therefore, room was more like a one bed room apartment than hotel. Hotel looks like houses attached to one another; very welcoming. Complementary breakfast served. Coffee, tea, sugar, creamer in welcome basket in room. Ice cubes in freezer.”

• Having a full kitchen, fireplace, Internet access and lots of room was very nice.
• The couch was hard as a rock. Not comfortable at all to relax on.

“If we were to visit the area again we would look to stay here. Everything was clean, the internet access was easy to get going, and it was nice having a kitchen and full size refrigerator. Even when we left dirty dishes in the sink, we'd come back later in the day and they'd be clean inside the dishwasher which had been run for us. This was a great place and I'll recommend it to anyone who goes through Raleigh.”

• The location was excellent - the room was very large an accomodating to our needs.
• I would have liked to see more fruit at breakfast.

• No ice machine, relies on refrig ice maker and was empty when I arrived.

• Very friendly staff. Fantastic price for the nicest accomadations of our whole vacation.
• Noisy neighbors upstairs stomping and yelling all night.

• Having a suite is nice, more room. Free snacks in the evening and breakfast in the morning are good perks.

“I found this to be just what you expect from Marriott. The manager on duty at the desk on checking in was superb. The desk clerk was excellent too.”

• Bathroom fan was so noisy that I didn't use it - afraid of waking up others.

“Check in/out was easy - no wait done quickly. Found my reservation immediately. It was what I had immagined but certainly not luxurious.”

“The hotel was great; however, I requested a room for two individuals. When I got to the hotel (late at night), they informed me the room had one bed, and a pull out for the second. In order to get two beds, I had to pay an additional $75.00. Because of the time at night, I had no choice.”

“Residence Inns are basically the same - comfortably and well fitted. However, this trip I was located near the pool filtering system and the noise was annoying. I arrived beat tired and did not request another room. So part of the responsibility is mine.”
