• Convenience next to Interstate 90.
• Room had mildew smell.

“The hotel seemed to be in good repair (newer standing seam roof). My bed was comfortable. Space was adequate. The room did have a mildew smell. Overall, it was a good experience.”

• The room was spacious and kept very clean.
• The staff was not very friendly nor were they welcoming.

“The hotel was located in a great location it was close to restaurants, mall and highway. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Unfortunately the staff wasn't very friendly and somewhat rude.”

• It was convenient and good for the price.
• Since it did not have a restaurant, maybe it could have a microwave and fridge in the rooms.

“For the price it was wonderful. I liked the facilities and it was within good distance from shopping centers.”

• Close to thru way.
• The bedspread looked like it had been around for awhile.

• Cheapest I could find close to where I had to go.
• Room too small, bathtub extremely tiny.

“Being that it was located close to Buffalo NY, I guess the price wasn't that bad but here in Cleveland I could have got a much nicer room for the same price.”

• Good location, good price.
• Staff not friendly, no caring.

“Much cleaner than our previous stay, good location, staff leaves much to be desired. Busy eating when arrived (and it wasn't lunch or dinner time) not receptive, talking personal business and when others arrive to check in did not respond courteously to them kept chatting personal business. Was pleased when got to room though. Better cleanliness. Overall stay good but staff needs work.”

• The carpet was sticky and the room filthy.

“The carpet was so dirty it turned the bottom of your feet black! With dirty clothes on the back of the bathroom door I wonder when the last time the room was thoroughly cleaned.”

• Low cost alternative in Niagara region.
• Exterior appearance fairly run-down.

“The desk clerks were helpful in checking in and for providing directions to local attractions. The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping. The continental breakfast wasn't re-stocked after 8:30 so get to the lobby early if you want to eat free. This is no Taj Mahal, but it is located in a safe area, and provided a clean inexpensive place to sleep while visiting Niagara attractions.”

“Staff was friendly and ok but hotel itself is very old and in bad shape. Steps outside not marked and old wood that was coming apart.”

• They had extra pillows when we requested the 3rd time.
• The bathroom door did not close, the top was not on the toilet tank, the shower kept going from hot to cold, just to name a few things.

“To high priced for what they offered. Very low quality. Steps outside not clearly marked, almost fell. Bathroom, shower, toilet all needed attention. Would not recommend to anyone and would never stay there again.”

• Good location, the cheapest I could find, good breakfast.
• Location of their office, the way the stairs are to the 2nd floor.

“It is ok if you are looking for a cheap place to spend the night. Do not expect anything fancy though.”

• I really liked the area the hotel was located in there were a lot of restaurants and shopping.
• It didn't have a pool.

• Conveniently located to stores and restaurants.
• Very small rooms, television's reception was spotty.

“I was really dismayed to learn that I was given a smoking room and that nothing could be done about it. Staff said that only smoking had been available and that the website didn't allow for specificity at the time of the reservation. Basically, don't blame us. One staff member was nice enough to later approach us with a bottle of Febreeze, which he sprayed around the very small interior. It was convenient to highway and shopping/food.”

• Driveway by units in bad condition.

“We were quite happy with our stay. The room was very large and had everything we needed handy. Close to several nice restaurants.”
