• I liked the bathroom's tile which covered all the areas in the bathroom and it clean.
• I did not like the old television.

“The hotel was nice for the price. However, I prefer rooms inside of the building. The rooms were clean and smoke free which I especially enjoyed. The staff was excellent. I did not have to call for anything because I had an ample supply.”

• Convenience to I-95/ price.
• Small room/relatively unattractive.

“The rooms were clean and minimally functional; not particularly attractive. Hotel is close to highway (I-95) but distant from restaurants and other facilities in Fayetteville. Breakfast provided was adequate, but relatively unimpressive; however gets you off early in the morning and included in price.”

• This hotel was wonderful and I enjoyed the services the only thing wrong is that it was across town to be I needed to be.

• The staff is very nice, and friendly, made you feel at home.
• We were getting dress & place the do not disturb sign out; they kept trying to come in our room.

“The only thing I didn't like is when we put the do not clean the room sign out, the housekeeping tried 4 times to come into the room and we were getting dressed. Made us feel like we had to rush so they can come in. My husband didn't like that one bit. The bed was so cozy and it was great!”

• Though a smoking room. Smelled like urine.

“Decent hotel. Different for a Hampton Inn. Doors open to the outside. Happy they did as the room smelled like urine when I first walked in. yes I know. It was a smoking room but it should not smell like urine. Not many restaurants nearby and the one next store was not that great. Very comfortable bed and chairs. Awkward design for the worktable. The table faced the wall with your back to the TV. you could see the marks on the wall where people tried to turn the table. Quite a task and I decided to forget the work space. Its basically wasted space. Did not like the pillows. I don't understand! Why have windows that do not open. Please hotels correct this problem. Unless you have a great ventilation system whether the room is smoking or non you have to have windows that open.”

• The staff was extremely helpful and very polite!
• It was a quite a distance from Fort Bragg.

“The hotel was quite some distance from Fort Bragg Army Base which was my destination. As well as very difficult to locate. The hotel staff was excellent!!! From the front desk, repair person and the cleaning staff was just wonderful so willing to help you in any way they could. Every single person I dealt with was very kind and helpful. The light switch between the beds had had a short in the switch. When I turned the light on it actually shocked me. This was reported to the front desk. The staff took care of the problem immediately and very professionally. The only thing I feel was not up to par was the distance between the hotel property and Fort Bragg. Every thing else was great.”

• One of the best continental breakfasts I've ever had. Superb!
• Large group was staying there so it was noisy at times, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

• Comfortable furnishings, wireless access gr8!, proximity to food places & highway.
• Didn't get a Non Smoking room as requested, also room didn't have Refrigerator & Microwave.

“This hotel is Just far from enough from the Interstate Noise! Good options of eating places nearby .With family, could have used Refrigerator & Microwave (I thought it was common ?)”

• Both the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff were exceptional.
• The rooms open to the outside, but we still felt very safe.

“We've traveled extensively over the past five years and Hampton Inn Fayetteville is without a doubt the best two star hotel at which we've ever stayed. The rooms and facilities seem to be newly renovated. The beds were comfortable and everything was neat and clean.”

• The room was nicely designed.
• My air conditioner did not work, maintenance would not be in till 7am!

“My air conditioner did not work! they told me I had to wait till 7am for maintenance they came around 9am the following day and replaced the whole air unit. I wanted to stay another night but they offered no discount after I suffered all night in a hot sticky room. ”

• The outdoor pool was clean.
• The room smelled like urine and the staff did NOTHING to fix it.

“Our room smelled like urine and when I told the staff all they did was spray air freshener in it. The smell was clearly coming from the floor in the bathroom. I paid for a roll away that did not fit in the small room but nothing done once again when I expressed my concerns and paid for the roll away. It took 2 days to remove the roll away from our room.”

• They made you feel like they actually cared whether or not you were satisfied.
• In this location, we had to do a lot of driving to our destinations.

“We were very pleased with everything. they took the extra steps. 24 hours coffee, excellent breakfast spread, excellent attention to breakfast foods. room was clean and nicely decorated. had iron board, iron, hair dryer, and coffee maker. everything I wanted. convenient restaurant locally. the only problem was that it wasn't near enough to our destinations.”

“The Hampton Inn, Fayetteville I-95 was a pleasant place to stay. Rooms were very clean. All staff that we encountered were hospitable, helpful and very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate. We were disappointed that the pool was not open for use at this time. It was in excess of 80 degrees on two of the three days we stayed. Other than that, we have no complaints whatsoever. Thank you.”

• Clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient to I-95
• Horrible high speed Internet, wrong side of town for me.

“Nice enough hotel but the wireless Internet was terrible. I only stayed one of the two nights I had paid for because of the lack of Internet connection and not having a smoking room. I was able to connect to the Econ Lodge Internet a 1/4 mile away better than this hotels. The rooms were clean and the staff was great. I was working on the other side of town which is a 20 minute drive, this also necessitated a change in hotels.”

• It was in a good location and the room was adequate.
• It was an older Hampton with small room and too much furniture in it.

“The hotel was ok, but not what I would say is a 2 star hotel. I would say it is more like a 1 star hotel. Outside entrance, small breakfast area, rooms were small with too much furniture in them. It was ok, but I would not recommend it.”

• Very convenient location for travelling along I95 , very nice ootdoor pool for a relaxing swim

“Hotel was clean and very conveniently located for an overnight stay while travelling on I95 . The pool area was very clean and had a lovely, well kept pool , nicer than most would expect from a 2 star hotel. Staff was very nice, rooms were clean and the free breakfast was nicer than expected, with a super selection of foods.”

“One of staff was very unfriendly especially for us. She didn't mention about free breakfast to us. A newspaper was not delivered to our room, (to every other room, a newspaper was delivered every morning). we stayed there for five days, but we felt very unpleasant.”

• I thought the room amenities were excellent.
• Closeness of dining establishments. Few within walking distance.

“I thought the hotel was great. The rooms had plenty of storage and nice features. Each room had a table and a lap desk. The lobby had plenty of seating and a complimentary breakfast was served in the mornings. I thought they offered more choices than most hotels. Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel.”

• Easy access. Very courteous staff. Good facilities. GREAT price!

“We usually stay at Red Roof Inn because of the low pricing.MUCH nicer room. It smelled fresh and was very clean - not "worn out". Relatively quiet location of our room(away from the road). Very helpful and courteous staff. Great breakfast. Too cold to try the pool, LOL!”

• Hilton Hotels still have the most comfortable beds
• Not the typical Hampton Inn, must have been an acquisition.
