• The owner was on duty and she was most helpful.
• No problems.

“Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable. I would recommend this as an economical and pleasant stay for the solo business traveler.”

• Very nice pool.
• Room quality musty/dingy.

“This motel is an adequate place to stop while driving on I95. The room was in need of renovation and a bit musty. The reception area is clean and tidy. I guess it's considered two stars because of the pool, but room quality is much more like a one star. The pool was very enjoyable, though. Adequate is the best way to describe this motel experience -no bells, no whistles.”

“Met my expectations. It was clean, friendly, convenient and had a nice continental breakfast. Only complaint would be the pool being off hotel lobby.”

• The room, front office staff.

“We will never entertain the idea of staying at Super 8 again. I would rather drive out of my way to stay somewhere else. Anywhere else!”

• Waffle maker was good for breakfast.
• Cleanliness was an issue. Breakfast room was very hot.

“Would not recommend this hotel. There are other options right along the road. Would have gladly put in more $ for a better room/hotel.”

• The staff was friendly and thats about it, this is not a two star hotel and I feel very cheated.
• Everything!

“This is a Super 8 hotel and by no means is this a two star property. My husband and I were obligated to stay for 7 nights and we stayed the first four nights and then went to another hotel.”

• Friendly people who assisted me in getting a non smoking room.
• Cockroaches.

• The staff was very friendly; room was clean.
• Only had Wi-Fi internet access.

“The hotel was very easy to locate and was situated close to interstate and restaurants. It is about a 15-20 minute drive to ft. Didn't get to try the pool or breakfast. In our room the shower head was rather low. I'm 5'6" and the head was about an inch or two above me when I stood underneath it. Not really a problem for me but for the vertically gifted I bet it would be. Other than that we had a good experience and if I travel back to the area I would definitely stay there again.”

• Towels could have been much softer.

“We were in a handicapped room would preferred a regular room. The room needed paint, dust removed from baseboard, was not good for my wife she has severe allergies, TV did not have clear picture.”

• All I can recall is the bad experience.
• We were accused of ruining their lock. The door was jammed though, nothing wrong with the lock. Poor maintenance.

“My wife refused to stay here again. We chose to leave due to rudeness. Manager then came to our room, watched us pack, collected the keys, and had me show him. Then they accused us of breaking the lock on their door. The door was sticking, no problem with the lock. Just awful and rude.”

• Heated indoor pool was great!
• The towels were old and rough.

“I was skeptical of staying at this hotel when I saw the Name. But I would stay here again. It was very clean; the staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was great. They had a heated indoor pool that our family really enjoyed.”

• Indoor pool, bed mattress, employee and manager.
• Not much. Just my car broke down when I was there.

“My experience was great! In fact it was terrific considering my circumstances that my car broke down, and I was in Fayetteville for 3 days while the car got fixed. I spent 4 nights at the hotel with the intention of spending only one night. The manager and the front desk person at the super 8 were amazing. They were extremely helpful in finding local mechanic and things to do while the car was getting fixed. In fact, they helped me with my rate because of the number of nights I stayed and my situation. The room was very clean, and I loved the microwave and refrigerator in the room. It helped us save money. The beds were amazing like pillow top types. We really enjoyed the indoor pool. It was nice being able to swim even though it was raining outside. Very sheek and modern feeling. The breakfast was nice they had 5 types of cereal, milk, orange juice, pastries, danishes and other stuff I remembered. I do wish they had eggs and bacon, but we went to a restaurant near by for that. I really liked this place and Fayetteville was a nice place to visit.”

• They gave us a "suite". Can only imagine a regular room.
• Think all the light bulbs were 25w or less. Seedy feel worst continental breakfast ever.

“Small shampoo provided and that was it. I'm surprised we had toilet paper. No soap, no lotion, no nothing.”

“The continental breakfast is a joke. At 8am there was no coffee and a couple of tiny donuts. When I enquired about more coffee I got a rude response about making more coffee when she "sees that it is empty." She was just reading the paper and not helping anyone.”

• Exceptionally Quiet and good bed!
• After hours there's a little speak easy window thorough which to do business.

“This hotel was very reasonable, located very near off I 95. the staff was very friendly and helpful, both in person and on the phone. The room was very clean and the shower head was a powerful massage type. The bed was the best feature. I have a bad back, and this bed was wonderful and room was exceptionally quiet so I got a good nights sleep. Great motel for travelers who need rest. It is located near many other motels and eateries, gas stations. Very convenient. Never checked out the pool though.”
