• The hotel was very upscale! Had the feeling of a Vegas hotel.

“The hotel is in an excellent location. Close to the airport, RTP, Raleigh/Durham. Staff is professional, lobby area is first class all the way. Highly recommend this hotel.”

• Very clean and comfortable.
• I would have like the choice to have a smoking room.

“Every bit is of a 3.5 star hotel if not a 4 star. It is a non-smoking hotel. Extremely comfortable, relaxing, and clean. Staff was very nice, helpful, accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel as a veteran of business travel.”

• It was comfortable and clean.
• Breakfast and fitness equipment should be included and on site. No indoor pool.

“I thought the hotel was great as far as the comfort and cleanliness go. Those in my opinion are the most important. There is a great walking/running track around the complex but a free fitness room on site would be nice. Most other high-end hotels have them. There was no indoor pool either and that would have been nice. The people were friendly although there were not nearly enough on duty at checkout. There was quite a line for 1 person. I loved the complementary computer area in the lobby. Very convenient, especially if you didn't bring your laptop.”

• Very clean.
• No one answered my room call or was on duty in the AM.

“The room was very nice - not a 3 1/2 star though. I had to call several times to get someone to answer the phone for a wake-up call - I did but the call did not come as requested. When I left in the morning (early) no one and no carts were available. My daughter and I (an and infant) had to go back and forth from the 4th floor to the lobby without any help.”

• Room is really outdated. I had a better suite at 3 star hotels.

• The bartender in the lobby was rude. She actually refused to wait on some clients. They finally got up and walked out.

• Very Comfortable, Secure and Clean.
• Nothing.

“The hotel is within a few miles of the airport, and they have a shuttle which will drop you off or pick you up which is great. The rooms are large, clean and have comfortable bedding. They have a bar in the hotel which is convenient. I felt secure at the hotel which is always a big item when I am out of town. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this to others.”

• I wish the pool was inside so we could have enjoyed it.

• The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.
• The full breakfast we ordered was pricey and not very tasty.

“This is a comfortable hotel for the business traveler. The rooms are older but very clean and comfortable. The bathroom showed its age a little but was very comparable with others I have stayed at with "3.5 stars". I would certainly stay again but may not order the full breakfast!”

• Hotel bar was very well kept.
• Parking could be problematic.

“Had a training session is research triangle park. Was located very near rude airport and other attractions in the greater Raleigh, Durham, and chapel hill area. Right off the expressway made for a quick commute and the star bucks in the lobby was a nice plus.”

• The hotel was clean, and the beds were the best! The food was also delicious.
• I had a fly in my wine, and the staff was very smug leave except 3 or 4 bellmen.

• Very clean, fabulous location.
• No complimentary continental breakfast buffet, a hotel of this caliber should offer this.

“Wonderful hotel in the perfect location! The bedding was luxurious and provided a heavenly nights sleep! The restaurant is pricey for what it offered. A continental breakfast buffet would have been appreciated to get us out in a timely manner each morning.”

• Staff was friendly, room clean, safe.
• Food was terrible, no hot water for showers, beds worn out.

“I am disappointed with our experience at the Sheraton. The beds were worn out and very uncomfortable. There was no hot water for showers and when you get up at 4am and have to leave by 5am, how is that problem going to get fixed. The restaurant staff was very friendly and courteous, but the food was terrible. I will take a pass on all star wood properties for a long time.”

• The best bed (beside my own home bed) that I have ever slept in.
• Bar was in an odd location but was still nice to meet people at.
