• Great Location and Great Amentities

“Unfortunatley, I can not give this hotel an overall stellar apprasial because two things happened that make an extensive business travler such as I very upset. The Sink in the bathroom did not drain properly so I could not shave. Plus, the hot water in the room did not kick in until about 3 minutes into my shower it finally got warm. This was after about 5 minutes of warming trying to warm up the sink water to at least try and shave. Other than this major issue, it is a very nice hotel in a great location.”

• Upkeep could be better; broken towel rack in bathroom, gym facilities in disrepair; front desk understaffed.

• The rooms were very spacious and clean with high quality amenities

“The hotel was very nice, and in a great central, convenient location. The room itself was lovely and of the quality that I would expect from a high class chain like Marriott. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay there again.”

• Typical Marriott quality!
• Convenient to RTP but not to shopping,restaurants, or entertainment.

• Hotel was very clean. Rooms were really nice.
• Bath tub was just a little too small.

• Friendly night front desk staff, coffee maker in room, restaurant staff

“Great stay, truly professional staff goes out of their way with trying to make you feel comfortable and at home. They are very customer oriented. Very clean, quiet, safe. A wonderful place for business, or travel.”

• clean and comfortable
• They said they had a shuttle and it didn't run as advertised

“I asked about the shuttle and was signed up. I went down stairs at 5 am to get it but they decided not to run it and had called a cab. This made me very late and caused me tons of grief at the airport”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome.

“The hotel was initially hard to find and hard to return to. Of course it did not help that it was dark and raining. My wife and I were very pleased with the service and friendliness of the folks at the hotel. This is the second time that the Marriot has picked up a bid that I have made. In each case, I was extremely pleased. I now look to use the Marriot whenever I go on business travel.”

• The beds were great.
• The hallways were too warm.

“I would recommend this hotel primarily because of its location. It is easy to get on and off the highway and to other places within the Research Triangle Park area.”

“This hotel has wonderful room accommodations. It had one of the best beds my wife and I had ever slept in. The location was central to all you would want to do in the Triangle area.”
