• The view was great, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was very comfortable.
• There was nothing negative in my experience.

“The hotel has an excellent location on the beach with balconies that overlook the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The whole experience was wonderful.”

• The bed was nice and the room was quite (couple getaway).
• Our AC unit was very loud.

• Elevators shook.

• The hotel was everything we were looking for and I would definitely stay there again next year.
• Not to bad but the parking was kind of different but it still was ok.

“We had a great stay at this hotel first time ever coming to Myrtle beach. Will definitely be back and awesome stay. Enjoyed the hotel and sleep great when ever we went to bed will be back.”

• The staff was very helpful and was quick to respond to problems.
• We had to park in a deck a block from the hotel.

“When we arrived our check in went very smoothly and we were pleased with the room. It had a full kitchen, separate bedroom and a large bathroom with an over sized tub. The staff was very helpful, one night we got in and realized we were locked out of the room. I went to the desk to get a key and a staff member responded to let my wife in before I had time to get out of the office. Location was great but parking was not. They had two decks one was across the street and the other was a block away. If you got in after 7:00pm the closer one was full.”

• Hotel was complete dump.

“Parking is several streets away from the actual hotel. Everything in the room is installed backwards (i.e. turn to cold water to get hot water). Phones did not work.”

• The beds were awful the staff was not friendly I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Make sure when you stay at a hotel on the ocean you ask for ocean front not ocean view. They put us in a side room with a great view of the next building and a small view of the ocean. They messed up not only my reservation but my brothers in law and the people that were registering in front of me. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in.”

• It was spacious, up to date, and clean.
• It didn't have an indoor pool or restaurant.

“This hotel was an excellent place to stay for the 2 bedroom suite. The one bedroom must be the old building unit because it wasn't the cleanest and it also had an odor, not to comfortable for my family member. That part of the building needs upgrading. Overall the hospitality, and 2bedroom suite was great! I will stay again, but only in the suite.”

• Location is right on the beach!
• High altitude floor and room is was given.

“Overall it was OK-good. I had no problems checking in or out. I'd recommend it to others. I'm no expert but I think its an OK place.”

• hotel is beachfront
• poor customer service

“Our room had exposed wires, the bathtub was not cleaned very well, there were Hairs from the previous occupants still all over the tub/shower. The bedspread and pillow needed cleaning, housekeeping took them and did not return one to the room....subsequently I was charged for those items and I did not take them. I tried calling to clear up the matter and keep getting the run-around.

The hotel is in a great location, but I would not suggest that you stay here because of the lack of quality customer service.”
