• with suite gave us comfort and privacy with 2 older kids
• less than helpful staff. pool rules need to be unforced

“Babies were in the hottub!!!! Besides being a danger, it is against the posted rules. The hotel staff needs to enforce these rules for the safety and comfort of all it's guests. The dinner service in the restaurant was awful. Out waiter was terrible. The food was so/so. The front desk staff were not very knowledgeable about the area. We were given the wrong mass time for Sunday morning services. No one seemed to be able to give us directions, regardless of where we were going.”

• Very comfortabe bed.
• Mold in shower, shower head great if you are 5 ft. tall.

“Overall, great experience. Shower head was very low and I'm not that tall at 5'9". Mold in the shower and room service lost our breakfast card. Dinner service was excellent and the restaurant/bar was very nice.”

• Restaurant food and service not to the quality of the hotel.

“Beautiful suite large room, nice bed, quality linens, perfect. Indoor pool that also connects to outdoor pool, my son loved it. Restaurant not so great, stay there, eat elsewhere.”

• The room was incredibly comfortable.
• Nothing other than I wish I had been able to stay longer!

“This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, as I expected. But the hotel itself was well-cared for, very clean, very comfortable and my balcony overlooking the small lake and the pool was fantastic. I was traveling for business and only there for one night, but when I return to North Carolina I will certainly be looking to stay there. Very quick ride to the airport as well.”

• Lake, two room suite, off highway, indoor pool.
• Internet service.

• Conveniently located for us, large room. Comfortable beds, friendly staff.
• Everything was fine.

“Conveniently located near Chapel Hill And Durham, NC and not far front RDU Airport. Large room, suite style with refridgerator and microwave. Clean and had friendly staff.”

“Hotel nice, like it a lot. However, the refrigerator was broken which was a pain since I didn't know until after I had bought perishables. Overall very nice hotel.”
