“The Holiday Inn was located downtown which wasn't suitable for me. The hotel room was clean and pretty nice but the bathroom was very small and cramped. The sink was so small the faucet took up half of the sink. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for future guests.”

• The price paid through Priceline was good.
• TV was broken, A/C turned off constantly throughout the night.

“I live in town, so I had an idea of what the hotel was like. However, I've stayed at other Holiday Inn's that were much nicer and I believe they gave me a room that was not as nice
because I paid less through Priceline. The room was suppose to be nonsmoking but it smelled like smoke. The
TV image was fuzzy so my boyfriend had to mess with the cable wire for a while to get a good picture. We were going to change rooms if it couldn't be fixed but we managed to make it work for a while. In the middle of the night the A/C turned off for no reason. We had to get up and try to fix that as well, but it stayed off so we were humid and miserable. I mentioned the problems to the front desk when checking out and the girl just nodded and didn't address any of the complaints.”

• Clean and friendly.
• Room was next to the elevator shaft. Kept us awake.

“Other than the room location, the services and people were very good. We used the pool, spa and sauna. The facilities were clean and well maintained.”
