• The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

“The hotel was in a great location. No more than a 10 to 15 minute drive from all the main attractions in Fayetteville. The staff was very friendly, and assisted us in any way they could. I would highly recommend staying here because it is a good location at one of the most reasonable rates around Fayetteville. Plus the hotel is clean and comfortable for the price.”

• Variety of room sizes available to meet different travel needs.
• Ice machine not on the floor I was staying.

“Great place for the money. The room was able to sleep three comfortably. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice variety.”

• Nice size rooms and baths. Good to have microwave, freezer in room.
• The iron did not work.

• Nicely decorated room; comfortable bed; quiet; desk clerks friendly.
• Bathroom was smaller than what I imaged. Shower doors needed repair.

“For the price, the location and the overall comfort of the room was more than adequate for my 3 night stay. I'll consider booking again on my next visit to Fayetteville.”

• Friendly, helpful, considerate staff, excellent selection on continental breakfast available early am, centrally located for our scheduled activities.
• There was nothing that displeased us on this stay.

“Fayetteville inn & suites is centrally located for many activities in the Fayetteville area. The continental breakfast offers many choices and is available early in the am. The staff is very considerate, helpful and also friendly. Guests are treated with respect and you feel like they are glad you chose their establishment. We have stayed here previously with our small dog but we did not bring her this trip. They make you feel welcome and try to do whatever is necessary to make you feel special. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.”

• Convenient, it is clean, and we were treated very well.
• Need more updates.

“I really think this is a very nice hotel. Every time I am in town my sisters and I always stay there. We call it our hotel now, because it is very comfortable and clean.”

• It was cheap for the reason we needed it, but comfortable enough for our needs.
• No knowledge of area (churches), no 'flyers' for activities or attractions, exercise room too small.

“This hotel was very suited for our needs; however, it did not have information on churches, local attractions, things to do, place to go, restaurants, etc. Also it only had an ice machine on 1 of 4 floors, but you could see where others used to be. Lastly, even though it had a paper with maps of the local area, they were a little hard to read. Better maps would have made it easier to get around.”

• Location to family member, restaurants.
• The bed was too close to the door, did not feel so secure.

“The exercise room was not together, two machines, one did not work, beds too close to the door felt unsecured w/the children and the location was great.”

“I booked two rooms at this hotel based on the internet picture and amenities presented. Upon arrival, the hotel did not closely resemble the internet pictures nor meet any of my expectations. My family member, whom I had booked a room for arrived to stay in the room as well and was totally disappointed. ”
