“Just what you would expect from a hotel set up for conventions. Efficient, clean, staff capable.” Apr 23, 2009 by
Tom from Staunton,VA
“The hotel was massive. Many, many rooms and not in the best area of town. It was once a nice hotel, but had many aspects were it was run down, including the pool. We had to ask for another chair in the room so we could sit at a table. There was room enough for a desk and internet connections, but no desk for the laptop.” Feb 8, 2009 by
Stacie from Maitland,FL
“This hotel was clean and the staff was very pleasant, I would stay here again if I had to be in Fayetteville.” Feb 4, 2009 by
Patti from Greensboro,NC
“The shower didn't work, we called the desk at about 11:00 p.m, we were told the maintenance man would be up, and hour later we called back, we were told he had been massed in the face trying to break up the fight, that made us feel uncomfortable! we were later offered another room, but it was inconvenient.” Jan 31, 2009 by
Geo from Purcellville,VA
“Aside from a major hole in the ceiling above the soda machine, the banquet chair used as a desk chair in my room, the broken and rusted drop ceiling in the bathroom, disrepair of the elevator, and general run down condition of the guest rooms, all was good. Credit to the staff as they were very pleasant!” Aug 1, 2008 by
Enola from Mora, LA
“Hotel was easy to get to from airport and centrally located. Arrived early in the day and checked with hotel and was able to check in early. Room was very clean, comfortable and housekeeping kept it that way. Rebecca, my housekeeper checked with me daily and kept my room supplied with what I needed. Very friendly staff and went out of their way while I was there. If you did not want to eat at hotel, there were many different types of restaurants nearby. This was my first time in Fayetteville and will stay here on all my return visits. Highly recommend.” Jul 11, 2008 by
John from Northford, CT
“Room was clean upon check in, but it took three day's afterwards to get room service and to much late night noise in hallway's.” Jun 8, 2007 by

“Overall decent hotel with average room decor for a business traveler.” Apr 22, 2007 by
Jeanette from Salem, MA
“This hotel was a great find. Reasonably priced, clean great location- restaurants and 24 hr Walgreen¿s across the street, helpful staff, free two station internet access and wifi in lobby and access in rooms, very child friendly- dad slept in and i.5 yr old and I played ball and hide and seek in the lobby at 5:30-7:30 am with staff playing along! The fried and microwave in the room were a godsend.” Aug 14, 2006 by
Traveler from Houston, TX
“If I was returning to Fayetteville, NC in the near future, I guess that I would stay there until a newer place is built near the same area.” Hotel Representatives:
