“The rooms were clean but small. Micro/fridge were a plus. No room service buffet only for breakfast. Not everyone eats buffet. 3-stars usually offer rest on site and/or room service. Kids got hungry & wanted to order in not able to do so. Parking is limited to the dark back side of hotel. Key did not work and we were advised to enter from dark parking lot which we had no choice since parking was limited.” Dec 7, 2008 by
Al from Piqua,OH
“Very nice hotel. Very comfortable beds. We would stay again. Staff was very polite and helpful.” Jul 24, 2008 by
Teri from Fort Worth, TX
“They woke us up at 9am to clean our room. They never came back. On the 2nd evening we were locked out of the back entrance and had to walk to the front to get our key reprogrammed. The Internet service was wired and located right in front of the air conditioner. The person on the computer had to freeze in order for others to be comfortable. I won't stay there again ever.” May 1, 2008 by
Jackie from Durham, NC
“It was a decent hotel, I would stay again, no bells or whistles.” Apr 17, 2008 by
William from Greenville, NC
“Overall very accommodating, clean and professional. I liked the free coffee in the lobby 24/7 and the computers in lobby were a plus the room (king) was kind of tiny and the sofa was not so comfortable. Yet still, overall was nice.” Apr 3, 2008 by
Ron from Yardley, PA
“Good quality motel but too far from main highway, I-95.” Mar 6, 2008 by
Mike from Indianapolis, IN
“The last stay in the Comfort Inn was much better. This time I found the staff to be less helpful, and somewhat rude.” May 10, 2007 by
Jim from Estill Springs, TN
“Hotel does not have wireless internet access. The cable access did not work. Support calls were greeted by "due to high volume of calls our support staff is busy. After three tries and 37 minutes in hold, support (apparently from India) had me climbing under the desk, removing power cables, etc. They either should have quality service that does not result in a high volume of calls or sufficient support personal to handle the traffic. Even economy hotels offer free continental breakfast. Paying for that at a 2 1/2 star hotel is unwarranted.” Apr 11, 2007 by
David from Fayetteville, NC
“The rooms are maintained nicely; the air conditioning/heating is controlled in each room individually; the staff was not only helpful but very cheerful and concerned about the customers. The overall environment was quiet, which was conducive to a peaceful and restful stay.” Apr 4, 2007 by
Bill from Chesapeake, VA
“When my family and I got there with our pet they told me "No Pets Allowed". I was expecting a nice hotel where I could bring my dog and instead I spent half of my day finding a new hotel myself.” Mar 31, 2007 by
Martin from Ormond Beach, FL
“I was aghast at the service received in this hotel. The beds were very uncomfortable, the hotel staff was rude and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. ” Sep 27, 2006 by
Cynthia from Fresh Meadows, NY
“The hotel stay was pleasant, however, changed my room type for the second night and it caused major problems since the second night was booked for a cheaper room. Since I wanted to stay in the same room for the entire stay, the hotel was going to charge me for the upgrade for the second night. There were plenty of rooms available and they should have booked me for the same room type for both nights and therefore saved me a headache. The hotel expected me to check out, store my bags and then check back in 4 hours later. This is ridiculous.” Jun 8, 2006 by
Debbie from Portsmouth, NH
“I thought the hotel was about $30 over priced for quality. Even though the hotel was located 10 miles off Rte 95 (which I found inconvenient) it was a short walk to several restaurants. I felt safe in the neighborhood and parking lot. Fitness center was basic but cardioid equipment in working order. Requests for a refrigerator must be made in advance. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Apr 26, 2006 by
