• Clean and staff was friendly.
• No mini fridge, continental breakfast was so so.

“Hotel was clean and friendly. Rooms are showing wear, but they are comfortable. There is no mini-fridge in the room and coffee maker was sub-par. Continental breakfast was okay, but have had much better. Pool area was nice and the work out room was very nice.”

• Nice pool area, nice continental breakfast, and great fitness club.
• Not in an attractive area.

“Hotel is nice, friendly staff. Nice indoor pool. Nice continental breakfast bar. Room was sufficient and clean. Fitness club is great! The surrounding area of the hotel is fairly depressed, not very attractive. Hotel is 15 minutes or so away from the Falls-easy drive; 25 minutes away from Buffalo.”

• Nothing.
• Its not clean, dirty hotel, unfriendly staff. it stinks.

“The hotel stinks, it has dirty and probably used towels and linen It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. I did complain about smell that came all over to the hotel staff, they said they can not help it. I requested for a room freshener, it never worked, when I asked whom can I complain about it, I got a response that it does not matter who I complain, they can not help me. They said, if I can not tolerate the smell I should check out, please note that It was mid night that time, with young children. I t was a very bad experience. The smell was so bad, I was not feeling well in the morning.”
