• Continental breakfast was very bad. Had to bang the door to close it.

• The tap of the sink is movable.

• Cheap and it's not far from the Niagara fall.
• The reception doesn't look friendly.

• Only the location.
• The room smelled musty, had to spray air freshener.

“OK for truck drivers but needs to be cleaned and ventilated better and this would drastically improve its rating. Pool was covered, then don't list it as a plus. I'll never stay there again.”

• Ambiance.
• Surprisingly hotel has Central AC for all rooms. Faced lot of problems with heating, wasn't resolved until manager intervened.

• They did keep it clean.
• They said that they had a pool, well they do, but it is not working, and that is the main reason I picked this hotel

“I contacted the hotel a week prior of purchasing the ticket, and just verified they had a pool. They told me yes, but didn't offer the information that the pool was not in working order. The air conditioning was very poor. We had it all the way up, and we were both very hot. Also, the TV was very fuzzy and hard to enjoy watching. I wouldn't stay here again.”

• Friendly staff. Very helpful and accommodating.
• Some rooms are very close to the road and the cars make somewhat noisy.

“Very nice and clean. Close to most attractions. They offer a continental breakfast, the drawback is they don't start it until 8:30 AM which makes it a little inconvenient if you want to leave earlier.”

• Nothing. (Money we paid is not worth that motel.).
• It didn't have amenities. Cheap motel, money we paid was much more than we supposed to pay. wanted to cancel stay at mot.

“Didn't like appearance, old and cheap motel, has no value of motel what we paid for 2 rooms. We could have get best hotel in that money. Eagerly wanted to cancel reservation. Not happy at all. Wanted to get money back. But staff didn't wanted to cancel reservation.”
