• Good location, great breakfast.
• Air conditioner in hotel did not work. Problem with lights.

“Overall the appearance, safety and etc. were good. However I checked in late the night I arrived. I had trouble with the air conditioner but I was too tired to complain that night. I did not sleep well that night because it was to hot. When I told the staff the next morning that the AC didn't function properly they told me they typically offer a discount.”

• You guys had the most friendliest maid personnel ever. They followed the house rules to the letter. I liked that a lot.
• There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel.

“The maid service was really great. One maid was outstanding, so was the desk clerk. I really enjoyed my stay and will return again in the near future.”

• I was grateful for the free breakfast because my boys can eat a lot.
• I needed two double beds but I got one king size bed and we all had to sleep in that bed.

“I came to Fayetteville to see my oldest son leave for Iraq. My two younger boys also wanted to go see their brother. with a total of 6 kids my wife.”

• Complimentary Breakfast.
• Ozone machine running upon entry to room therefore room initially smelled like chlorine and by the next AM smelled liked smoke.

“Too far off interstate. Difficult to find hotel. Room had ozone machine running in it. When we asked why they said it was routine but after machine was removed the room began to smell like smoke.”

• Professional desk staff. Very nice room that was spotless, Microwave. Great TV

• breakfast area very nice and clean, food choices excellent

“All personnel I met were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was kept were clean and well stocked with a nice assortment of breakfast foods.”

“The Fairfield Inn is apparently in the process of renovation and the room assigned to us was dusty and dirty, presumably as a result of recent scraping and painting. The room should not have been rented out. Because we were so tired from about 12 hours of driving, we accepted the room without argument. However, we should have been told that the rooms were not cleaned properly and assigned elsewhere in the Inn. We definitely would not stay at that particular Fairfield Inn again.”
