• It had a superb staff, very helpful and friendly.
• The air conditioner did not work properly. I called the day I got there but not fix until next day.

“My party and I were very tired from travel and we found all the amenties to be very restful and pleasant. The morning breakfast was fresh and good. Room was clean and comfortable and we were pleased.”

• Interior courtyard, nice view from room rather than parking lot.
• Cafe area not cleaned immediately upon use.

“This was an attractive, conveniently located facility for the Durham and Chapel Hill area. Located off the main roadway by an access road lessened access problems.”

• Good location, big comfy rooms.
• Would like to have wireless networking.

“I have stayed at this hotel many times during my travels to Durham. Staff was professional and I had no problems during my stays. Rooms are spacey and clean. Location is only a few miles from downtown Durham.”

• Smoker's room; smoke smell lingered.

“The only room available was a smoker's room and I am a non-smoker. The smell lingered despite my spraying the room.”

• Very clean, good breakfast, large rooms,
  USA today.

“Very quiet and convenient to highways. Easy check in with coffee and trail bars on hand. Rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom spacious and well cleaned. Breakfast area clean and good selection.”

• The hotel was clean and easy to locate.
• The beds were the hardest beds that you could ever put in a hotel room.

“I travel a lot and will never stay at this hotel again, for the price it was very over priced. I moved to a Hampton the next night.”
