• Cleanliness and good beds. Good hotel to stay back for couple of nights.
• No refrigerator and water in the rooms.

“Overall good experience but there was no complementary breakfast where one would expect in this kind of hotels.”

• We liked that it was clean and that the things we wanted to do were close by.

“The staff was nice, but we were upset that they did not have a elevator to the second floor. The view from our window was the wall of the hotel next door.”

• Nice staff, comfortable beds.
• Small pool, not much to do.

“The front desk lady was extremely nice and left the pool open an extra hour for us. The hotel was very quiet and has comfortable bedding. The pool could of been bigger and something to do around the area would of been nice.”

• Tour desk personnel were friendly and helpful.
• Noise, kids were running, need car to get to see the falls.

“The hotel is adequate for what we wanted, a place to freshen up and get some sleep. I thought the hotel was closer to the falls and it was not and I blame myself for that.”

• The lobby of the hotel is just beautiful. It is close to everything, and it feels safe and welcoming. The room is small, but luxurious.

“It was absolutely beautiful, and close to everything. It surpassed our expectations for the price. Aside from the mix-up with the billing (which they are fixing) we had a perfect experience.”

• Very clean, workers were very nice.
• Security was terrible, management was no help.

“I loved the hotel staff but was very upset with the management. The first night the tire was stolen off my car and the management could have cared less. The restaurant closed early. The trolley picked us up right outside the hotel.”

• Great location for shopping.
• Not clean!

“Great location, close to all shopping which we were there for. Went to use the mugs and coffee pot and they were filthy, with ground on dirt. Used the plastic cups provided for pop, left on the night table and they were covered with ants in the morning. Their response, you shouldn't have drinks in the room and no compensation! The ants were there, they just found something to eat, if they weren't there, they wouldn't be in the cup. I was disgusted and received no satisfaction, that's why I wouldn't recommend this hotel or go back there.”

• I think they need to install the kitchen devices in common area.
• Using the microwave and swimming pool was really small and not clean.

“In the case of sleeping, it was nice, but other things such as kindness of staffs except cleaners, laundry, microwaves and so on are really bad.”

• We appreciated the help of the conscious Robert with activities in the area.
• The front desk staff did not seem too interested in helping stranded travelers find their way.

“We liked the area and would have done more in this area, if we had not been so tired. However, we would stay here again if we get in the area.”

• The ladies at the front desk were amazing, very helpful and extremely friendly!
• The lady running around the hallways spraying air freshener, not good for allergies.

“Everything for our trip was very smooth and calm due to the fact that we were able to sit down at a computer and book a room before we left the house. It was fast, simple and reasonable. After arriving at the Hotel, the front desk clerk was the most helpful, pleasant and friendliest person. We really appreciated her. The rooms were nice, the service was excellent and we had a great time.”

• My wife crying when we arrived.

“This hotel is a motel, was filthy, dirty you actually stuck to the hall way and room carpets like a cheap movie theatre. The room window cracked the toilets, had stains, the hallways smelled like a locker room, it was a good 10 to 15 minutes on the hwy to the falls.”

• Very clean rooms, shallow pool great for little kids.
• Location, not the greatest area, not much to do within walking distance.

“Nice hotel for a short stay, close enough to everything if you don't mind driving to your entertainment destination. We didn't like (nor did anyone else in the hotel) being asked to vacate the room 3 hours before check-out because they already had a lobby full of people checking into the hotel that day.”

• Clean pool area for kids and clean rooms and close to restaurants and other stores.
• The smoking room smelled very smoky (my wife smokes, I don't), could use some air freshener.

“Great location to highway and airport, just far enough away from the falls to not be hectic and the restaurants don't charge Falls prices in this area. Clean facilities and friendly staff, good price for the area.”

• The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been.

“Overall the room was adequate. The room was very basic but comfortable. The bathroom was the only issue, not very clean. There was dirt and residue around edges of floor and fixtures. Shower curtain was stained and much to large for tub. The vending machines were empty and ice machine broken for our entire stay. Which meant a trip to neighboring store.”

“If I was ever asked again to consider staying at the same hotel I would agree to rather stay in my vehicle because the rooms were not clean at all. There were cob webs all over and the room smelled. The bathroom smell was even worse.”

• Maid service was thorough and smiled. Tourist info in main lobby was friendliest and not even hotel staff. Room was cool when we first walked in.
• Parking in back no security or protection, caters to receptions and parties that are very loud and disorderly.

“Hallway lingered of old cigarettes. Fresh Vomit stain at door was not a welcome mat. View from window was boarded up building and overgrown weeds. Dinner not available due to wedding reception. We were told we could drink at the little bar though neither of us drink. At 4 AM it finally got quiet enough to sleep. TV had a pink hue and the remote did not have a battery cover. Something you would find in a dump hotel.”

• Convenient location only.
• Cigarette smoke, mold and no elevator for upper floor.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you don't plan on being in it. Cigarette smoke was horrible along with mold down by pool area. I have asthma and environmental allergies which where both triggered within five minutes of being in hotel. Asked desk manager to move room or do something and they didn't. My asthma and allergies were much better upon being out of the hotel but upon return would start back up. Would highly recommend some major changes to the hotel.”

• The lobby area and clerks were wonderful and friendly.
• The room was not cleaned, the hallway and the room smelled like there had been a fire recently.

“Nice location for visiting the falls, but the room itself was below par - smelled of stale smoke, bed linen didn't look very confidence inspiring, had paper-thin walls - we could actually clearly hear conversation from the next room, it was pretty noisy. Use this if you just need a place to crash for the night.”

• Nothing, I have never stayed anywhere that was worse than this.
• The customer service was terrible.

“I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. As soon as my husband and daughter got into the pool they could taste something dirty. We went to the ER and it was confirmed that she has a staph infection that could have very likely come from the pool. There is no elevator so my 70 year old mother and father in law had to climb the stairs to get to our room. They wouldn't give a cot without charging me so my daughter had to sleep on the floor. The ice machine and pop machine weren't working, the room smelled and the beds were terribly hard and uncomfortable. My daughter couldn't take a bath because the drain plug was broken.”

• It smelled new and was well kept, the shower was great, powerful.
• Restaurant closed on Sunday. Burn hole in chair in my no smoking room, window would not open.

“This hotel was a lot more than I expected. It was clean, close to everything yet away when you wanted quiet. The staff was helpful and the shower was invigorating.”

• Location was good and close to mall.
• Was not clean and was under construction.

“I was disappointed in this hotel, no continental breakfast as I believed there was and also the radio was full of static that u could not listen to it and the TV had very poor picture quality and only a few channels. Parking spots were not cleared and full of slush and ice. I fell getting out of van. I have stayed in the Super 8 Hotel next door before and will stay there again unless you improve your hotel or I get compensated for my inconveniences.”

• very friendly and clean atmosphere
• not as close to falls but on 5 minute bus ride

“Very nice hotel. I'm originally from Niagara Falls, but when I come home I stay there. It's close to the malls, supermarket. There is an indoor swimming pool and very nice people. Not as expensive as the other hotels.”
