• It was a overall good area to stay.
• Wish there was more to do on the new York side.

• The hotel is ok but to strict for small problem.
• 1 room with 2 bed queen for 3-4 people is normal but the give extra charge for that the other hotel I ever there is ok like Adams mark and Hyatt.

• Proximity to the Niagara falls.
• Overpriced and cigarette smoke stinking rooms.

“The hotel is overpriced for the amount and the room was stinking with cigarette smell, the carpet was unclean.”
