“The manager is a very rude, unprofessional and absolutely unhelpful guy. The rooms are okay, but he keeps getting in your way, making unwarranted comments from the moment you check-in which destroys the mood of the vacation. Never stay there ever!”

“I feel shame to write a review about this motel. we went to see Niagara falls with a confirmation number for the rooms booked. When we reached there the motel staff said that they cannot honor the reservation because the rates have gone up. We felt really embarrassing and the behavior of the staff was very bad. Besides all these when I called the super 8 customer care they said that they cannot do anything on this issue, as it is the proprietor who takes the sole decision on this matter. It is really shameful and ridiculous that we complained to the customer care hoping that being a franchiser they are the higher authority, but the answer I got from them shows that they don't have any control over their franchisees. I too run business but I never had seen such incidents. So I never recommend any one I know to supper 8 and I specifically say that it is the worst motel that I had ever stayed.”

• The room was close to the lobby.
• Front clerk was not friendly at all.

“The rooms were clean with a pool side view. Continental breakfast was not the best. I liked that the parking lot camera was a channel on my tv to view. Check in was late at 3pm. Kids loved the small pool.”

“AC didn't work, was very loud and stank. Two lights in the room didn't work. Pillows were paper thin. Pool was not heated. "Superstart breakfast" is cereal and tiny muffins. Farther to walk to the falls than I expected. Only good thing was nice staff and we got 1/2 our money back because of the lousy conditions. Would not stay here again.”

• The location was great for everything we needed.

“This is a great central location for shopping, Falls, etc. The super continental breakfast provided us with a great start for the day. It was quiet and importantly, clean. Friendly staff.”

• Free internet.
• No elevator.

“At check-in I requested a non-smoking room. The room that I was given had to be the worst room in the motel, end of hall next to the stairway, I had to listen to the door slamming shut every time someone exited and entered the motel. In short the room served it's purpose.”

• I like the cleanliness.
• Your staff needs to be train for courtesy, specially your supervisor and manager at the front desk, they are arrogant and rude.

“Me and my family travel every summer to different cities and stay in different hotels, this is the most arrogant, rude and discourteous staff we met (Front Desk) We will not stay in any super 8 and never recommend this hotel to our friends and families. I'm working in a hotel myself (Front Office Dept.) for 25 years in Diff. Hotels and your front desk staff is the worst I've ever spoke and met.”

• It was close to Crispy Kreme.
• The Staff wasnt friendly.

“Situated on the outskirts of Niagara Falls NY this hotel would appeal to the white trash in you. It comes complete with a pool the size of a small NY Bachelor apt. (200 sq ft.) and has a breakfast buffet consisting of bread and cereal (much like GITMO).”

“The hotel was clean and kept up but I asked for the bridal suite, which I expected to be a little more upscale. It was not what I expected. Also, the room was a smoking room, which is what I chose, however, I was overwhelmed by the smell of stale cigarettes, and for being a smoker it is bad when I can not stand the smell.”

“Do not go there! By no means. This place is infested with bedbugs! For two hours stay, we got bitten and caught three bedbugs! Miserable motel, poor service! The owner for the two motels was not valorous enough to came out of his office and face us.”

• It was it the center of town so a lot of stuff around.
• Room was not clean, not enough parking for amount of rooms.

“I would never go to this hotel again. The shower head would not stay up so I had to tie a plastic bag around it so I could take a shower. The room was dirty and the walls were paper thin I could hear everything that was going on in the next room. Thank God I was only there for a long weekend.”

• The TV worked is about it. Very bad hotel!
• Bad location dirty, stunk, poor housekeeping there no help.

“We arrived and got checked in and the door at the back of the hotel where we had to go in did not work had to have someone walk around front to open it got into the room and it stunk. It said there was a bus to take us to the falls that is a lie we had to take a cab. Our toilet got plugged up first night we called housekeeping and they told us to get a pluger and we could unclog it, the mirror was dirty, the room was for two only coffee for one.”

• We were given a room designated for people with disabilities. This made is unsuitable because there was no vanity and the mirror was too low.

• The hotel is ok but to strict for small problem.
• 1 room with 2 bed queen for 3-4 people is normal but the give extra charge for that the other hotel I ever there is ok like Adams mark and Hyatt.
