• The hotel was very convenient for every aspect of my trip.
• Nothing. I hope to stay there again.

“The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect of my stay. It was a very clean and friendly environment and close to restaurants and shopping. That's why it was selected again this year. I plan on staying on returning next year.”

• It was near useful businesses.
• Staff was not well informed about its services.

“This hotel is minimally furnished, but clean and well located for those with business in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area. The staff did not seem to know much about the facilities or anxious to solve any guest problems, with the notable exception of the staff at the starch-fest breakfast who went out of their way to help (i.e., pool was closed, staff didn't know much about why or when it would re-open, and did not know ANYTHING about the wireless Internet they supposedly offer). Acceptable, but I did not feel like I had gotten away with something as I often do. It was just barely worth what I paid.”

• Very cooperative when I called ahead to arrange handicap room for my grandson.
• Front desk clerks messed up the reservations between family members checking in separately.

“Check in was the only problem. It was fixed to our satisfaction and our stay was very pleasant.”
