• Nice rooms.
• Shower was actually lukewarm; never got hot.

• The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious.
• They billed me incorrectly.

“The Holiday Inn in Lumberton is a surprise jewel. With the exception of the television, which needs an upgrade, the room could have been 3 star.”

• Addressed our complaint. Cleanliness.
• Disappointedly dirty.

“We stayed there last year and were completely satisfied BUT this time we found the room in an unacceptable state of condition. We had to got to the desk for soap (although there was a bar of used soap in the shower), there was a dirty towel on the BR floor, there were hairs in and on the sink, there were dust balls on the table tops and the normal literature found in motel rooms was scattered on the floor. Unfortunately, there were no more rooms in the motel and it was too late to start looking for another room. My wife actually sponge bathed with paper towels!!!”
