• I liked the friendly staff and the location & it was very clean.
• I liked everything.

“If you are looking for an affordable hotel that is clean and has a friendly staff well look no further because this is it. This hotel is very kid friendly and has a nice pool that your kids will enjoy. So out of 10 I would rate this hotel 9.5.”

• New and in good condition. Scheduled maintenance ongoing. Easy access. Breakfast was included.
• The room was somewhat tight for my 3 children, me and all our stuff!

“This was a good place to stay away from Niagara Falls. It was convenient to Buffalo, Darien Lake, Letch worth State Park and within a reasonable drive to Toronto. Shuttle to the Falls where you could walk to Canada for a crazy time over the boarder. then back to the slower pace on the American side. Clean, safe and well maintained facility.”

• No microwave was provided with in room.

• Had a fridge.
• Dirty, stained, poor a/c, door in the closet that led to who knows where.

“Reminded me of the Bates motel! Stained pink carpet. Stained quilt on bed. No working a/c unit. There was a door in the closet that led to either another room or the main part of the front desk area that we could not open. No curtain on the bathroom window. Many insects. We lasted approximately 30 minutes before I said forget the money and left to find another hotel. Avoid this place.”
