• Our room was great, location was good, across the street from casino, staff was helpful.

“We were very pleased with everything. It was a nice size room, the bed was comfortable, the furnishings were upscale, the bathroom was nice. I had trouble getting my laptop online. I went to the front desk and the young lady called Jason to help me. He and Duncan were fantastic getting me the help I needed.”

• Excellent location compounded by brilliant views of the surrounding area
• Facility looked old and worse for wear in certain respects, room paint's had luggage drag marks on it and the door had peeling paint on it.

“There's very little to complain about a conveniently located hotel with most trimmings of a 3 star when one's booking it at a considerably discounted price on Priceline. The Crowne Plaza was lived up to this billing within comfortable beds, a good view of the neighborhood and an excellent location.Within walking distance of the Niagara Falls, Crowne Plaza is also right opposite to a casino for those who wish to try their luck.There are lots of restaurants around the hotel and different cuisines to choose from. Overall a good choice for a hotel to stay in Niagara Falls.”

• Location was great, room was great, pool was wonderful.
• Breakfast was not available in hotel, view from room was terrible.

“We enjoyed our stay and were able to walk to many areas that we wanted to see. Most of the staff was very nice. The pool was quite enjoyable. We loved everything about the hotel except the view from our room, but that's to be expected when bargaining for price.”

• i liked the pool and the resurant. The pool was fun and the reurant was good because it taste good and it has good prices
• I dont like that you have to check in at a strict time and they wont let you check in a little bit earlier

• The location is convenient to Niagara Falls State Park.
• Extremely rude, unhelpful, unaccommodating. Dirty, uncomfortable rooms.

“This hotel, in no way, is consistent with an upscale hotel and is totally not consistent with what you would expect at a Crowne Plaza. Staff were uncommonly rude. Rooms dirty. Beds were very uncomfortable. Would not give us two beds, despite being a party of 2 adults & 2 teens, even though had double rooms (walk in travelers were given double rooms after us). Finally brought roll-away that was, extremely old, dirty, and consisted of springs covered by light cloth - left red spring welts-no kidding! Horrible, horrible hotel. Don't stay here-there are better, lower end hotels close by.”

• The staff was kind.

“Very noisy, many rooms are over the vents and exhausts from the kitchen, our first room was unacceptable because of the outside noise. It was very irritating to have to pay for parking. No refrigerator. Toiletries were not complete. We got sick from bad hamburger in the hotel restaurant.”

“I was impressed as I arrived. The front entrance was spacious and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Graham waited on me and made my day with questions on parking and being able to get a fridge in our room. I have already e-mailed and told friends and family about our stay. We even went out to buy a bathing suit because the pool was great. Nice and warm, a little cloudy, but otherwise great. Other people in the pool area were also happy it was heated. I would come back again.”

• Front desk people were friendly and helpful.
• The housekeeping people were not helpful. The coffee machine had grinds on and it took almost one hour to get a replacement.

“It's in a good location-less than 5 minutes to the Rainbow bridge. Family-friendly hotel-there is a pool on the ground floor although we did not use the pool. Easy access to the Prime outlet mall (Fashion outlet mall) and other Niagara falls attrations.”

• Near to the Niagara Falls.
• No heat service, lots of noise in other rooms.

“The heat system broke at 10:00PM while my wife and mother in law were sleep and two guys from maintainance came to the room and took 20 minutes to figure it out that the system doe s not work and make a fix that was not the proper. the two neighbor rooms was full of young guys making noise and lowd music from 2:00Am to 6:00AM and the administration did not take actions.”

• The lobby and the room indicated this was a 3 star hotel. Beds were very comfortable - nice clean room.
• The hallways and even the elevator needed cleaning.

• Nice, clean and very close to the falls. Had a Starbucks in the lobby which was a big plus.
• I'll equipped business center. No time limit imposed on the usage of the business center.

“Stayed here with my parents for my first visit to Niagara falls. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are of decent size. There is a Starbucks in the lobby which was very convenient. The falls are a very short walk, about 5 minutes from the hotel. There is free parking provided. The Seneca Niagara Casino is directly in front of the hotel. I cannot comment on the restaurant in the hotel having not eaten there. All in all this is a very good place to stay if you are a leisure traveler. Not so much for the business traveler since, they do not maintain their business center properly.”

“The hotel is a good hotel but a little off from the main attractions. Charging for car parking even for the hotel guests was a little hard to accept especially considering the fact the hotel was away from the main strip at least a few blocks.”

“My room had stains on the ceiling. Bathroom shower had mold, rug was soiled and dirty, staff was non existent, no restaurant. Fire alarm went on, hotel staff did not give an all clear to go back into hotel after evacuation.”

• Beautiful decor and bedding. Really surpassed expectations.
• Wish the pool was open later, area was a little sketchy.

“I didn't quite know what to expect, but this was probably one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. There is a flyer in the room that tells you about how you can buy the bedding they use in the rooms. Very comfortable, clean, great mattress, and overall great experience. Highly recommended.”

• The location was very near, just as expected or even better.
• The hotel staff did not walk us through what was available in the hotel, including breakfast options.

“The location of the hotel was very good. Ample parking is available and the hotel staff gladly authorize the parking ticket. The staff was courteous and friendly and the hotel is neat and tidy. They also have a Starbucks in side the hotel, which is very cool. There is breakfast available, which the staff did not tell us about (for a fee of course). The staff did not walk us through the hotel or inform us about the laundry, gym, pool, etc, neither did they inquire about any club memberships. I am a priority club member, and when inquired later in the day, I was offered a better room and a breakfast coupon. If you are used to attitudes that you can expect in New York, then you should be good (with all due respect).”

• The bed was incredible! Bathroom was clean and large, ample towels, hair dryer, toiletries.
• Room was a long walk from elevator, carpeting is worn/dirty.

“Pleasant staff, nice room with a great bathroom and awesome bed. We were located on the fall side, and though we couldn't see the falls themselves (just the mist), we did have a nice view of Ontario - the fireworks display was very pretty. I would recommend this to others as a great place to stay.”

“Originally we were told that there was no other room to change us to. I phoned back after noticing the towel, glasses, soap, etc had been used. They immediately changed my room to one that did not smell like smoke. The hotel and staff was very good. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

• It had a very warm swimming pool, the kids liked it.
• Service in the restaurant was horrible; location was great; free parking.

“It was ok. Next time I will definitely call ahead to ensure a non-smoking room. We were stuck in a smelly smoking room. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff in the lobby and pool area were excellent. Less can be said for the sports bar/restaurant. Good prices, but very bad service, bordering on impolite service in the restaurant.”
